Absolutely wonderful

We just arrived home last night after having had a fabulous week in this villa. We cannot fault it and the owner responded to all our requests without any hesitation. Everything is in pristine condition and all the appliances are excellent. We will definitely be going back again and would like to thank Raul for all his help and hospitality and the gifts he left for us.

5 star, Brilliant!

Great location and easy to get to, literally 2 minutes off the GC1 motorway. Fantastic welcome in the form of complementary beer, wine, water, juice, fizz etc. Great communication from Raul with a huge introductory message with absolutely everything explained, any questions answered and problems resolved straightaway (We had to turn off the timer on the hot water boiler so there was enough hot water for everybody's showers). Villa well turned out as per the photos, great decor, beds comfortable and quality fixtures, a personal highlight a full bean to cup coffee machine! A great base to explore GC properly away from the 70's concrete of Playa del Ingles and plenty nearby if you don't have a car (taxi's are dirt cheap anyway). That said, I think villa and location would be best enjoyed if you have a car. Great value when you split cost between 6 people, would book again in an instant with Raul and highly recommended.

Ostern 2017 auf Gran Canaria, alles gut!

Das Haus liegt stadtnahe und ruhig :-) Von Innen ist es sehr gräumig und gut möbliert. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet (ink. Geschirrspüler, Esspresso- und Kaffeemaschine). Der Vermieter ist jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar! Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut!

Toller Aufenthalt, sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und das Original ist viel besser als die Bilder.

Wir haben ein sehr sauberes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus vorgefunden.

Raul hat uns einen netten Willkommensgruß bereit gestellt, er war immer erreichbar und hat sich sofort gekümmert, wenn etwas zu erledigen war. Es ist gut, dass das Haus eine Garage hat, da es in dieser Straße nur wenig Parkplätze gibt.

Die Lage und die Aussicht aus dem ersten Stock ist klasse.

Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen und werden sicher wieder einen unserer Urlaub dort verbringen.

Raul, vielen Dank für diesen schönen Aufenthalt und die nette Betreuung.
