We visited from here - with ease - Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, St Ives, Padstow, Lands End St Agnes, Polperro, Menack Theatre, Michael's Mount, Hayle, Penzance and Marazion. Pub up the hill good food and had a look in the church. Local Spar down the hill in Crowlas handy for bits.
On the whole a great week and we had great weather, would highly recommend a stay here.
Lovely cottage with everything we needed and a welcome pack of biscuits, tea, coffee and milk so after a 6 hour drive this was appreciated. Cottage has great views and lovely garden. The white Hart is a great local pub with good food and friendly locals. Ideally you need a car to get around as it is in quite a low key area, but great for walks to st micheals mount etc . There is a bus to St Ives if you want a bit more buzz, local towns Mousehole and Newlyn worth a visit too.
Very homely apartment in ideal situation for north & south coast. Great views across St Michaels Mt. Ideal for getting to different places. Well equipped apartment which was clean and well maintained. Great service. Would definitely recommend. Thank you
The property is well located, well kitted out and offers a view of St Micheal's Mount from the kitchen sink;weather permitting. We didn't use the garden but it looked lovely and has loungers and a barbecue available. We did appreciate the fast Wifi and our hosts kindly sending on a forgotten item.
We know the area reasonably well as fairly frequent visitors and did feel this accommodation rated among the best.
