Located in the popular Kaanapali Resort area (Just 4 blocks to the beach (1000 yds)), our TVR, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two story, ocean view home offers great comfort and privacy. We just upgraded the kitchen with SS appliances, new counters and flooring,Central A/C (Split systems) and upgraded flooring on the main level. A new full bath has been added to the lower level. Overall, the house has a queen bed Master suite, a 2-bedroom suite ( queen, 2 twins), and a single (Double bed) with separate bath.This spacious home, contemporary with beautiful wood, vaulted ceilings, overlooks the ocean toward the beautiful island of Lanai and neighboring Molokai. Within a three to four block walking distance to Whalers Village and the famous Kaanapali hotels, you can visit Dig Me Beach, shops, and great dining. The world famous Kaanapali Golf Course surrounds this location and large lanai's and Aloha spirit all makes your family vacation more enjoyable.
We opened our home to share with you a more private and peaceful experience. The house will make you feel right at home and provides lots of room for the big family get-together or special events when larger accommodations are necessary.
The home is fully furnished and the galley kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, blender, and all kitchen utensils. Also included for your convenience are salt and pepper, assorted spices, plastic wrap, foil, baggies, napkins, paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher soap, and lots of extra bedding and towels.
The home will comfortably sleep eight people with a queen bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, twin beds in the third bedroom, and a full bed in forth bedroom. Not well suited for 4 couples due to bedroom and privacy issues.
The home has three LCD televisions with remotes, one in the living room with DVD, one in the family room, and one in the master bedroom. The home has room air conditioners, stereo/CD player, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, gas barbecue, Cable Internet service and wireless, phone answering machine, and extra hangers all make your stay more relaxing. The two lanai decks offer full 180 degree view of West Maui waters and Lanai, Molokai vistas. The home is approximately 2500 square feet and the interior is decorated in Hawaiian motif with pieces of artwork displayed for your enjoyment.
Plenty of toys include snorkel equipment, boogie boards, floats. 2 sets of golf clubs, 2 mountain bikes, kid sand toys and baby stroller.

Great location and fabulous for families!
Bruce and his property were ideal for our stay in Maui. Bruce provided a very thorough tour and explanation of the property and its amenities. We had a large group of 8 and the size and setup of the home was perfect for our group. It was close to Kaanapali Beach, Front Street, and Whalers Village as well as close to other popular activities and resorts. The multiple lanais allowed for our group to spread out and enjoy the amazing weather there. We would most certainly recommend this property as well as stay again when we decide to visit again. Our house is just 1000 yds from Kaanapali Beach and located between the 14th, 15th fairways Kai Course. The house is very well suited for extended families with plenty of room to stretch out. Fairly quiet neighborhood and family setting makes our house a great setting and value for your next Maui vacation. Mahalo for your stay.
Large and comfortable home with a dynamite view.
The photo of this home is actually the view and not the home. You can see the ocean, hotels and palm trees from the lanai. The home itself is huge. There were 7 of us and all had plenty of privacy with four bedrooms and three lanais. Everything we could need was provided from paper towels to loads of linens. We had three bedrooms for three couples and a bedroom with twin beds for my grand daughter and myself. There were loads of windows and light and new air conditioners which we appreciated. The host was concerned with our comfort and was available by phone for any questions we had. We spent a lot of the time that we were "home" on the back lanai with the whole family. Spent a wonderful week in Maui with truly all the comforts of home. This is not a new home but you can tell by all the details that is a home for comfort and family get togethers. We enjoyed it very much.
We were tree couples who love to cook and eat at home. The house provided excellent condition for us. The big lanai ( terrace) was our main place for dinners.
The location is really good, very close to the big hotels and beach.
Minor issues we had were with the cable/tv company - after initial issue with the Internet modem, which we resolved on our own, and then everything supposed to work, we actually spend the whole vacation without working phone and no TV channels. The owner had set up an appointment with the cable company, but requested us to be present. We refused and preferred not to have TV, instead of changing our vacation plans. The cable most likely will be working for next visitors.
Other than that the house was perfect for our needs, not very luxury but with all essential amenities.
There was no hairdryer or kettle - two small things that could be of good use for us. Also, regardless in the house there were enough paper supplies and towels ( in other bathrooms) the bathroom on main floor did not have extra paper left, or any additional towels.
Obviously, these folks had problems with communications. The Cable phone problems turned out to be an unplugged wireless unit, and the Cable TV was a connection cable that was switched by previous client. During check in I asked if they had checked the wireless and cable modem. They stated that they tried to reset them. Both of these matters were to be handled only by me 2 days after their arrival, but they cancelled the appointment. We have two hairdryers in the house. Not sure why they did not find them. My walk through with them pointed out additional linens, towels, and paper products. in linen closets and the maids closet.
Our house is a wonderful Hawaiian designed family house, not a multi-million dollar resort, but looks and serves nice and is well under market value, best suited for extended families. In our price range, we are the best value in Kaanapali.
Great house and super location, 10 mins walking to beach
We loved the house. House is in a great location, close to Kanapali beach and only 5 mins. driving from Lahaina center town. Owner was great in doing over the phone walking tour of the house, explaining where everything is. Very nice kitchen, well organized, too. We would definitely consider this house for future trips to Maui, and we highly recommend it to our friends and relatives.
Beautiful location and house, bad bedding
The house was located in the center of Lahaina really close to all the resorts and 5 minutes from the downtown area. Unfortunately, the bedding was really old, stained and felt dirty. Pillows were flat and you could feel springs from the mattresses. If beds and bedding were changed, everything would have been perfect! We stayed with both of our parents, daughter and sibling. Plenty of space for the 8 of us.
Unfortunately, the cleaning service put in old sheeting taken out of service rather than the new sheets out for cleaning. The client did not let us know of this condition until the day they were leaving. Even after our requests of letting us know of cleaning issues. The sheeting has been removed and replaced with new sheets to eliminate this event from happening again. The beds are mid quality and barely 2 years old, but are firm. All the pillows have been replaced. this last month.
Very roomy, the facilities are fantastic easy friendly landlord.
I highly recommend the house for big families, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will certainly stay there again for future holiday.

Extra cleaning required for stays longer than 10 days depending on length of stay. +200. for stays up to 3 weeks, + 300. for stays up to 4 weeks. Late checkout $150 if available with Guest commitments CANCELLATIONS – A 5% fee is applied to all cancelled reservations. A forty-five (45) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than forty-five (45) days prior to the arrival date will be refunded less the 5% cancellation fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 45 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. If the rental is rebooked for the cancelled rental period, a prorated refund will be provided. 10. MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS – Monthly renters must cancel sixty (60) days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least sixty (60) days prior to check-in. 11. . The property requires a four(4) night minimum. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than four days, the guest will be charged the four-night rate. 12. INCLUSIVE FEES - Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate. 13. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE - While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate however is available at an additional rate. We have laundry facilities for handling your daily linens and beach towels. If towels are lost or otherwise left un-useable, you will be charged a replacement fee. 14. RATE CHANGES - Rates subject to change without notice. Rates can be changed until booking is accepted. 15. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not stay
