Lucia's house is a pretty detached villa with a large garden, about 800sqm. Outside there is a veranda, where you can have breakfast in the morning, a barbeque pergola, equipped with table and chairs, where you can dine in the evening enjoying the freshness of kiwi plants covering the wooden structure.
The garden is equipped with games for children and an outdoor pool of 5 meters in diameter.

Set on two floors, the house consists of a ground floor with large living area with modern furnishings, a kitchen with large hob and oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer, full bathroom with shower and large double bedroom where, if necessary also add a small baby bed, white lacquered wood flooring.
A wooden spiral staircase connects the ground floor with the attic floor, where is the second bathroom with cheerful summer colors and a seaside room where there are two single beds and a queen size bed, the floor here is all in birch wood, from the room you access a small terrace.
The house is also complete with washing machine, television, air conditioning, heating and wi-fi service.
Lucia's home is located in Pieve di Camaiore ("Campus Maior" in Latin), which is a municipality in the province of Lucca, 34 meters above sea level, located south-west of the Apuan Alps and east of the plain.
Camaiore is a pretty, cozy and jovial town where you can spend relaxing holidays in touch with nature and historic culture without sacrificing any useful services.
Behind Camaiore, there are also many beautiful ancient villages such as Metato, Casoli, Greppolungo, Nocchi, Torcigliano, Peralta, Gombitelli ... where to rediscover Tuscan traditions and cultures as well as the view of a beautiful panorama of the valley and the Tyrrhenian coast .
From here you can reach: Lido di Camaiore and Viareggio, in about 20 minutes, where you can find sandy beaches equipped for big and small, and restaurants, ice-cream parlors and nightclubs.
You can also reach Forte dei Marmi and Pietrasanta in about 30 minutes, rich in history and culture; the splendid Lucca in 40 minutes, Pisa in 50 minutes and the fabulous Florence in 90 minutes.
