This house is ideal for family groups. It is arranged as follows:

On the lower floor there is a kitchen and dining room with access to the garden plus a large living room with dining area and access to the garden. Furnished front terrace with extensive views to the garden and the pool. On this floor there is also a toilet and the garage.

On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Master bedroom suite with its own large private terrace . Ttwo more en suite bedrooms and the fourth bedroom next to a family bathroom. The master bedroom with A/C and the other three bedrooms with ceiling fans.

Upstiars and downstair the staircase there are toddler gates .

This is a traditional fishing village with sandy coves and beaches providing a relaxing holiday environment for families. The coastal walk from the botanical gardens and El Golfet beach to Calella`s twin village Llafranc takes along some of the Costa Brava`s most picturesque bays.

The beaches, restaurants, bars and small shops in the villages make this walk an absolute must. A walk or bicycles ride into the woods and fields behind the coast shows the rural world. Cultivated fields are very close to the sea. In some parts of the Costa Brava vineyard crops are increasing.

Calella de Palafrugell has an excellent setting, the coastline of the town stretches some two kilometres south to the El Golfet beach - part of the Cap Roig headland where beautiful Botanical gardens are located. Especially famous is the music festival that is held every year from the middle of July to the end of August. It is a festival with great figures in an exceptional setting, the botanical garden with its castle and spectacular sea views.

It is a small fishing village near Palafrugell and a short distance along the coast fro Llafranc. For several decades now, local activity has changed from fishing to tourism.

The core of old houses maintains the ancient flavour. You can still see the architecture of the fishermen's houses and its cobblestone streets. Still today in winter old fishermen are seen as they go down every afternoon to see the state of the sea. Underneath the whitewashed arches on the promenade all the fishermen meet and if the state of the sea allows it, they go fishing for the squid. On our coast there is a type of squid especially exquisite. The Fishing boats are pulled up on the sand and they climb them under the arches if there is an east windstorm.

It is a small town with very few inhabitants in winter and that sees how the weekends and from spring to autumn it becomes the ideal place for weekend getaways especially for people who live in Barcelona. Calella is very well connected by highway and motorway with Barcelona, only 1 hour fifteen minutes driving.

Calella de Palafrugell has 7 Sandy beaches all connected. In front of the sea there are a wide variety of restaurants that offer a wide variety of seafood local types of cuisine. The most successful at present are the restaurants with tapas.

A cliff path leads to Llafranc making a delightful stroll. High above the bay the Jardi Botanic de Cap Roig is a botanical garden offering stunning views.
