Having attained a 'High 3 Star' Visit Wales accreditation to ensure quality & high standards are maintained, this spacious 2 bed apartment with free WIFI is in a fantastic location on the main A478 Tenby road, 4 miles from Tenby & 2 miles from Saundersfoot (3 minutes by car or leisurely 20 min. walk), 2 minutes from Folly Farm & has off street parking.
Close to all amenities, shops, fast food takeaways etc., bus stop virtually outside the front door, railway station 2 minutes by car or a 10-15-minute walk. It is ideal for exploring all the delights of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and is suitable for 2 adults and 2 children.
This apartment is accessible via a self-contained front entrance accessed by a flight of stairs that leads to a lounge/diner and master bedroom on the right and to the left, a fully fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar, bathroom and children’s bedroom with bunk beds.
The stylish Lounge/diner has a Smart TV/DVD Player with HDMI lead to connect your own TV Box or games console. Videos and books are provided for you to enjoy during your stay and the oak dining table and chairs are perfect for family mealtimes.
The kitchen contains fridge with freezer box, washing machine, gas hob and electric fan oven, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and all utensils, tea towels, oven gloves etc. that you would expect to find in your own home to make your holiday hassle free. The breakfast bar with 2 bar stools is ideal for breakfast time or for a quick cuppa before exploring the delights of the area.
The bathroom has a bath with overhead rain shower head and towels are supplied.
The Master bedroom has plenty of storage space with a mirrored wardrobe and spacious drawers containing a hairdryer and a separate hanging rail for longer dresses etc.
Bedroom 2 is decorated with children in mind with 2 bunk beds and handy drawer storage space with individual lights for each bed and ‘goodie storage pockets’.

About Steve & Linda Briers
After working as a Glassmaker for 34 years, Steve's family business 'Avondale Glass' was slowly wound down & was sold in 2016. Having done all his football coaching badges,Steve now works as a Football Coach at Pembrokeshire College & also part time as a PE teacher as well as working as a DJ since the age of 17. Linda has worked as a Nurse all her life, with a short break as a health care teacher/assessor. Between us we have 5 children and 6 grandchildren and we consider ourselves very privileged to live in such a beautiful part of the world & we are sure that you will enjoy your visit too, based in our very nice and comfortable apartment. From our home to your home from home. PS Steve is a World Record Holder. He is the World's fastest Backwards Talker, so why not challenge him when you meet him!

Steve bought the property back in 2000 which used to be a public house with a view to relocating his family's Glassmaking/Glassblowing business, Avondale Glass here from Kilgetty village due to the superior location. However, this never happened, so it was developed into a family home.

All amenities are also close by including shops, takeaways, bus & train stops. We are personally close by and on hand should you encounter any problems or have any enquiries whilst staying in our lovely apartment. Every home comfort is on hand with free WIFI & off-road parking right outside the front door. The location is perfect for exploring all the delights of Pembrokeshire, whilst being minutes away from the iconic resorts of Tenby & Saundersfoot & some of the best beaches in the UK. Quite simply, our apartment is perfect for your family holiday or short break from a convenience, location and comfort viewpoint. You will not be disappointed.

Lovely flat near Tenby and Sandersfoot beach
We stayed in Steve’s and Lynda’s apartment for 2 nights. We were travelling with our toddler and a 10 week old baby.
It is a great flat - clean, spacious, cosy with parking just outside it.
Superb location- short drive to Tenby and Sandersfoots beach. Owners were very helpful and accomodating- we needed a cot for our baby and they got one for us at a very short notice. There is also a stair gate which was a necessity with a toddler as stairs are a bit steep.
Kitchen is well equipped and cooking a meal will not be an issue.
Will be recommending to our friends and if we ever are in the area again will stay again.
perfect family apt with parking outside
Stayed here for half term week as visiting friends and family in the area. Gorgeous apartment with everything we could possibly need. We loved the fact that spacious hallway on entering where we could dump all our coats, boots and brollies etc and also had a fab notice board with lots local info.
Most importantly for a winter break was comfortable beds and nice and warm. We ate in a few times and kitchen well equipped with all we needed.
Anyone wanting to stay in there are games to play and plenty of films and box sets to keep you entertained.
We are cyclists and there is enough space for bikes in the entry area so safe and secure and lots of routes to cycle nearby. We parked right outside which is ace as can be a problem in some properties.
We had a couple of queries regarding checking out and needed some extra towels and the hosts couldnt have been more accommodating.
Back here in summer time and cant wait.

Great apartment, great location
We had a fantastic stay in this superb apartment which we found was situated perfectly for everywhere we wanted to visit, close to all the main beaches like Tenby, Saundersfoot and Wisemans Bridge. The parking outside the front door was brilliant and the lovely big entrance hall meant we could leave all our mucky boots and coats downstairs.
The living space is huge, and we were really surprised at how big and comfortable the apartment is. The huge sofa and the furnishings are so comfortable, and our son loved his cuddly throw and special lights in his bedroom. Although we visited in January, we were always cosy & warm when we were in and I would recommend this property to anyone considering a holiday in this area. Steve & Linda the owners were really friendly and nice when we saw them, and they gave us some good tips and places to visit.

Very welcoming and comfortable
Very clean and well-maintained apartment which included all modern facilities (internet, tv, etc.), very comfortable, lots of information given (attractions, restaurants, instruction booklet of flat, etc.) Steve was always available to help and make our stay as pleasant as possible. We had a great time and would highly recommend this apartment.
The stunning beaches of Tenby (4 miles) Saundersfoot (2 miles), Wisemans Bridge (2 miles) & Amroth (2,5 miles) are always a 'must visit', All the delights of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park are on the doorstep with fantastic coastal walks to take in the stunning scenery, This really is the place if you enjoy walking and inland walks include the awesome Preseli Mountains, the source of the Stonehenge Bluestone which are within 25 minutes by car.The immediate area has Castles in abundance, Carew Castle, 4 miles, Pembroke Castle, the Birthplace of Henry V11, 10 miles, Manorbier Castle, 9 miles. The smallest city in the UK, St Davids with its iconic Cathedral is only 28 miles away along with the amazing coastal scenery en-route. Local theme parks - Folly Farm is only 2 minutes away, Heatherton Country Sports park, 4 miles, Oakwood Theme Park, 5 miles. For the action holiday, Rock climbing, surfing, fishing, sailing, coasteering, golf, karting, windsurfing, are all available & literally 'on the doorstep'. Close to all amenities, shops, fast food takeaways etc., bus stop virtually outside the front door, railway station 2 minutes by car or a 10-15-minute walk. Why would you want to visit anywhere else? A fantastic holiday can be guaranteed, the only thing we can't control is the weather, but even if it is a bit inclement, there's still plenty to see & do and all from your comfortable cosy 'home from home' base here in Pentlepoir. It's just great just to get away!!
