About the property

Great location and unique cottage

Romantic, full of character, quiet location yet central and within walking distance to everything including the Cheltenham racecourse, montpellier shopping, and restaurants. Wifi Plus free parking.

The property has three double bedrooms, one bedroom with a king sized bed, two other bedrooms are standard doubles. There is also a sofa bed in one of the reception rooms for a few more surplus guests over the standard 6 guest capacity.

We have a large family bathroom on the first floor with a roll top bath and separate shower. Then two further bathrooms on the ground floor. One with shower.

There are two reception rooms. They both have gas flamed fires and both rooms overlook the walled private garden. The living room has a velvet chesterfield and is very inviting, particularly in the winter months.

The kitchen has a smeg cooker with six rings and very large oven and a smeg fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer and a Belfast sink. There is also a kitchenette with microwave and second fridge for drinks and a further Belfast sink.

The house overlooks a large walled garden complete with fishpond, mature trees, barbecue and a glass awning with living room seating, cushions, sofas etc. There are also two dining tables and chairs in different parts of the garden. On the back of the house is a further courtyard with an outdoor living area also. The garden has night lighting in the pond, and fairy lights in the trees so is perfect also for entertaining in the evening.

The house has full central heating as well as the two fires and a full and constant hot water system.

The decor of the house is very unusual and creative and the house is in a unique location, being both private and quiet. It is also in the perfect location in Cheltenham, being two minutes from the high street and a five minute walk to the race course.

The location cannot be beaten. The decor is very cosy, creative and unique.

The house has great facilities and is very peaceful and quiet.

The garden is so lovely to entertain at during the warmer months.
