About the property

My apartment has just been renovated, with uninterupted views from its south facing balcony. A double bedroom with new luxury mattress, two single bunk beds and a large pull out sofabed make it a perfect family base to explore Flaine. Located in Flaine Foret, close to shops, restaurants, slopes and the ski bus stop right outside the door. Great for winter skiing and summer explorations!

A private underground parking space is also included.

The newly refurbished apartment (refurbished in October 2017) is in the Les Pleiades residence in Flaine Foret, 50 metres walk from the shops/restaurants.

Refurbished to a high standard, a fresh clean luxury feel awaits you.

The kitchen is fitted with a new halogen hob, oven, dishwasher and large fridge freezer.

There are two bathrooms -- one with bath, one with shower and also a separate toilet room.

Private Wi-Fi is provided in the apartment with unlimited usage.

Duvets and pillows are provided within the apartment. Bedding sheets and towels can be provided for you via my concierge service at an additional cost (€7.50 set of towels, €12.00 single bedding set and €18.00 double bedding set), or you can bring your own.

I have also supplied a mobile cot.

A private car parking space is provided in the enclosed underground garage, along with an access card allowing free access in and out of the resort.

A ski locker room on the ground floor has a private ski/boot locker

A local concierge has keys and these can be collected from their office between 15.30 and 18.30, however arrangements can be made for an arrival out of these hours. Check out is normally between 08.00 and 10.00 on the day of departure.

I send out a confirmation package upon a confirmed booking with useful information including reort brochure, local map, travel instructions, airport transfers, ski hire and ski school/ creche, together with additional details about the apartment. I am more than happy to answer any questions about travel to the resort of Flaine as we travel in both the winter and summer for our family holidays and have lots of local knowledge and advice if needed.

A cleaning kit and refreshments kit is waiting for you upon your arrival.

Other things to note:

During peak ski season, bookings are Saturday to Saturday, although out of peak weeks I may be able to be more flexible -- please contact me if you require a different duration.
