This fabulous new family home with beautiful country views is set only a mile from the centre of St Ives. This contemporary, traditionally styled detached house offers three bedrooms, two with En-Suite and a family bathroom, perfect for a luxury family holiday. Sleek and stylish interiors designed to a high spec compliment the living spaces, with under-floor heating throughout. The property has a wonderful light and airy feeling to it. Enclosed landscaped gardens with picturesque moorland views towards Rosewall Hill set the perfect back drop to enjoy dining alfresco, or a barbeque with friends and family. Rosewall Hill attracts wildlife from deer to many different species of birds, a walk up the hill will reward you with panoramic views of the North Cornwall coastline and towards St Ives.
The property is well served by local buses which stop at the end of the road all year round and during the peak summer months several extra services run every 20 minutes taking you to/from the centre of St Ives in 5 minutes.
The South West Coastal path is close by if you prefer to take a more scenic route either into St Ives or along the stunning Cornish coastline.

2 further bedrooms each with king size bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables and lamps. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, both with double walk in showers, heated chrome towel rail, shaver point and large vanity mirror. Windows to the front provide even more breath taking views with versatile shutters to use as you wish.
2 hair dryers provided.
The patio and garden to the front offers breathtaking country views, the perfect setting to dine alfresco, enjoy a barbeque or glass of wine. Table and Chairs provided.
Access to rear garden via a locked gate, which is laid to gravel and includes an outdoor tap, ideal for washing sand away and storing beach equipment.
