It is a romantic finca with lots of style and charm, very well maintained, in rural area, near Palma, just 10 minutes from the historic center of Palma, with good communications, bus stop.

It has a fantastic patio / terrace, a garden with lawn, chill out, fruit trees, aromatic herbs, BBQ ....

Easy parking, bus stop 20 meters. with connection to the center of Palma.

In the area there are fields of almond, olive and carob trees, also sheep grazing in the fields.

A typical Mallorcan house, about 200 years old, with a lot of history, was a school in the area, an area of the house was a stable ...

The renovation was done with pleasure with modern rustic style, with an updated decoration and with all the necessary elements for everyday and modern life.

About Esther Gelabert

I have lived the first years of my life in Germany. I have always been related to tourism, for family reasons, because half of my family is German, and also for professional reasons, almost always I have had direct contact with people from different countries.

I love traveling and I don't like much hotels.

With my family we toured Europe in a "Bulli" VW and I have many fun memories.

I love meeting people from other places, I think that enriches us a lot and makes us more open minded, and that way, we can understand better and love our island more. Every time I return from travel and I see Mallorca, both by air and by sea I continue to be excited, I love Mallorca and since I live in the interior of the island, I believe that I live in a privileged place and that is what I try to transmit to my children .

In recent years, with my husband and my children we do cultural and sports trips and we try to enjoy "Ca na Xisela" as much as possible.

Why Esther Gelabert chose Son Sardina

This Finca has always belonged to my family, my paternal grandmother was born in this house in 1899 and spent all her childhood there.

My father shortly before my birth, took care of the house in 1972 making some improvements, such as putting running water, put a toilet and a shower !!!!

This house has always been in my memory, we spent the weekends, vacations, we made barbecues with friends, parties, it was always a joy to go there and leave the city and the everyday life.

This house has been the vacation of all my family from Germany and all our friends, all wanted a simple life in a rural environment.

A little over 20 years ago, my parents made a comprehensive refurbishment so that the house could be inhabited daily and make it more comfortable, and a few years later my parents moved permanently to "Ca na Xisela".

The name comes from my mother, who was called Gisela, my father "mallorquinized" it with "Xisela".

In 2009 I took over the finca and now, after making some necessary arrangements and updating it a bit, I decided to share it again so that it can be enjoyed with all the comforts.

What makes this house unique

The finca has an exceptional terrace-patio where you spend most of the day, plus a fantastic chill out in a beautiful garden that has practically no maintenance.

"Ca na Xisela" is perfectly equipped and prepared, the kitchen has all the necessary elements and the rest of the house as well.

Because of its proximity to Palma and the Sierra de Tramuntana and the beaches of Palma and Calviá.

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche mit unseren 2 Kindern verbracht.

Das Haus ist wunderbar mit allem, was Sie brauchen und ist auch mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet, mit der Rasenfläche des Gartens ist es ideal für Kinder zum Spielen.

Der Patio ist Super, wir haben immer dort Frühstück gehabt.

Wir waren einkaufen in Palma, mit den Bus der in der nähe bei Ca na Xisela vorbei färht.

Wir haben auch einige Trekking auf den schönen Routen der nahe gelegenen Sierra de Tramuntana gemacht.

Esther ist sehr nett und hat uns wunderschön empfangen.

The house is in a rural environment, close to 2 tracks that go to the Sierra de Tramuntana, ideal for people who want to enjoy trekking, cycling, climbing, or visiting the beaches of Palma and Calviá ..... But with the proximity of the city of Palma without having its drawbacks.
