Situated on the edge of the charming hamlet of Bolingey complete with its lovely 17th Century pub, one mile from Perranporth and within easy reach of coastal walks, horse-riding, tennis, bowling and an 18 hole links golf course designed by James Braid. Other neighbouring resorts to visit are St.Agnes, Porthtowan and Holywell Bay, formerly the home of W J Burley the creator of Cornish detective Wycliffe.
Two bedroom detached house with reversed accommodation. Entrance on first floor into the open plan kitchen / diner and living room: Electric cooker, microwave, fridge and a washing machine. There are comfy sofas, a dining table with chairs to accommodate four people and a t.v. with a dvd player. Bedroom One: Double bed (4ft 6ins). Bathroom: Electric shower over the bath, wash hand basin and w.c. Downstairs: Bedroom Two: Two single beds (3ft). A decking area with garden furniture is just outside of the kitchen. WiFi is available at the property.
Parking: Parking for one car on the drive, additional parking is on the quiet lane with no restrictions.
Portable electric heaters and some wall-mounted heaters are provided in the property.
