This wonderful flat is in a fantastic location in the heart of Central London, close to brilliant transport links, restaurants and some of London’s main tourist attractions, including St Paul’s Cathedral. This maisonette has a lovely open plan living, kitchen and dining area, 2 bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom. This would be the perfect place for up to 4 people looking to be located in the spacious maisonette in Central London.
As you walk in through the private entrance, head up the stairs and you will come to the open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Head up the next set of stairs and there are the two bedrooms and bathroom. This maisonette has been tastefully decorated with pops of colour which add character to the property.
LIVING AREA / KITCHEN / DINING AREA
This room is lovely and light thanks to the large windows which allow plenty of natural light to come streaming into the room. The kitchen has everything that you would need during your stay if you fancy staying in one night and cooking a delicious meal. There are a variety of pots and pans, cooking utensils and plates and cutlery. You are welcome to use the Nespresso machine, which we will provide coffee pods for. The dining table seats 4 people.
The living area has a comfortable sofa which is perfect for relaxing on after a long day out exploring what London has to offer. The TV is a smart TV so you will be able to log into your Netflix if you have an account and there is a range of Virgin media channels, so you will not be stuck with finding something to watch
Both of the bedrooms have double beds which will be spotlessly made up using hotel quality linen. There will be plenty of space in the wardrobes for you to be able to hang your clothes and store your belongings away.
The bathroom has a sense of spaciousness due to the high ceilings. There is a bath with a shower attachment, toilet and basin. Large fluffy white towels and toiletries will be provided for every guest.
Guests have complete access to the maisonette. You can also book additional housekeeping services like regular cleans or changes of bed linen. I hope that this will help you get even more out of your stay. Full details will be provided at check-in.

When I’m not there, you will be hosted by a professional hospitality company who I’ve engaged to look after you in my absence. They are on call to attend to your every need, as I would be.
Clerkenwell is a very trendy area with stylish eateries, gastro pubs and sleek bars. So you are spoilt for choice with places to eat and drink. St Paul’s Cathedral is just a 15 minute walk away, this is one of London’s main tourist attraction and is definitely worth a visit.
You are just a 5 minute bus journey away from trendy shoreditch, one of London’s most lively neighbourhoods.
Due to the fantastic Central location you are never very far from the main tourist attractions.
This property is in a fantastic position in terms of being able to travel around London quickly and easily. Barbican station is an 8 minute walk away. This station is connected to the Circle, Metropolitan and Hammersmith and City lines. Farringdon is a 12 minute walk and also have connections to National Rail. Old Street station is also just a 12 minute walk away. This station has connections to the Northern line.
If you would prefer to travel by bus there are a number of bus stops along Clarkenwell Road and Gosswell Road. However as this property is located in the heart of the city, you will be within walking distance to many of London’s tourist attractions.
