Beautiful apartment (100 sq. mt.) with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large balcony on the 1st floor (with elevator) of an elegant building overlooking a lush garden.
Guests have full use of the kitchen. Sheets and towels are provided. Upon arrival, our staff will be at the apartment to explain how everything in the apartment works and to deliver the keys. During your stay, we are at your disposal for any need.
To ensure guests a pleasant stay in a modern and well-equipped apartment, air conditioning is present throughout. The fixtures ensure a good thermal and acoustic seal. The floors are in terracotta in the living area and in a refined oak parquet in the sleeping area. The property faces the condominium garden and is therefore very quiet. The elevator and the absence of architectural barriers (except for a couple of steps) make the apartment accessible to guests with reduced mobility.
The apartment opens up onto a bright and large living room overlooking the balcony through a French door. The living area is furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed (140 cm x 200 cm) in front of which is a large wood sideboard and a 32' flat screen TV. The wood dining table resembles the classic style of the sideboard and comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator, and freezer.
A corridor gives access to the sleeping area with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a wrought iron double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), a large closet, and a walnut chest of drawers. The guest bedroom has a French sized bed (120 cm x 200 cm), a sofa bed (140 cm x 200 cm), and a large walk-in closet.
Guests have 2 bathrooms: the largest has a Jacuzzi bathtub, while the other has a crystal shower stall. The apartment is in a strategic location to explore the city's most famous monuments on foot. You can reach the apartment by car since it is just outside the restricted traffic area and then park in the adjacent Piazza VIII Agosto.

Area:The apartment is located in the heart of the historic city center, just a short walk from the university on Via Zamboni, where there is also the Municipal Theater, famous for its offering of Opera. The most important monuments of the city surround Via Indipendenza: Piazza Santo Stefano (with the magnificent 7 churches and the splendid Corte Isolani) or the Asinelli Tower, which strikingly inclines towards the Garisenda Tower.
The portico of Palazzo dei Banchi is one of the sides of the so-called Quadrilatero: a complex of pedestrian streets where you can find all the delicacies of the region (salami, fresh pasta, wine) and fresh produce from the area (meat, fish, vegetables). A true Sancta Sanctorum for cooking enthusiasts! Finally, shopping lovers will be able to shop right under their apartment, along Via Indipendenza, or in major fashion brands’ shops in Galleria Cavour or in the boutiques on Via Farini or Via d'Azeglio.
In the immediate vicinity is the park of Montagnola, where every Friday and Saturday there is the Bologna market. The train station can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes.
Public transportation:Via Irnerio is one of Bologna's main public transportation hubs. Here and on the nearby Via Indipendenza there are numerous buses that can take you to the station, the fair, the university, and the hospitals in a few minutes.
Parking:Parking is available in the blue stalls, free of charge from 8 pm to 8 am, payable during the daytime. Tickets can be bought at authorized tobacco shops and Tper offices (inside the bus station on Viale Masini). Parking is available in the adjacent Piazza VIII Agosto in the APCOA park at € 20 for 24 h or € 200 for a monthly subscription.

le logement est spacieux,calme ,car il n'est pas directement sur la rue. L'emplacement est très pratique : bus à proximité , supermarché à 50m..on vient de la gare à pied sans pb.Les 2 salles de bain sont impeccables.La cuisine très bien équipée.Le chauffage au top.Le gestionnaire répond dans la journée pour le moindre souci.Le seul inconvénient peut venir des voisins du dessus car l'insonorisation du bâtiment est inexistante. Globalement très bien.
