Please note that certain facilities are subject to seasonal opening hours. The centre of Brixham harbour with its ferries, restaurants, cafes and shops is a 5 minute drive away.
The accommodation briefly consists of: Large open plan lounge kitchen diner with L shaped seating, dining area for 4, 32" TV, flame effect fire, fitted kitchen with gas hob, fan oven, large fridge / freezer, microwave etc. There is a family shower room with large step in shower, w/c & wash basin, a twin bed room with 2 single beds and a master double bed room with en-suite w/c & wash basin. The property has full gas central heating and free wi-fi. The property is surrounded by a large decked area with outside seating and table.
All bedding and towels are provided and the beds will be made up ready for your arrival. A small welcome pack includes all the essentials such as initial stock of toilet paper, wash up liquid, J cloths, tea towels, tea, coffee, fresh milk, biscuits and a nice bottle of wine to cheer the start of your holiday.
Short breaks available most of the year with flexible start and end days. Peak school holiday dates are weekly only and start on a Friday.
