Our Villa is located in a wonderful and peaceful natural landscape, with a private garden about 10.000 square meters wide.
Following a short private path you will arrive in a minute walk at the beach. So you will, as we used to do from when we were children, breathe the morning breeze or sip a drink at sunset filling your soul with a unique view.
The harbour, with its folkloristic small boats, restaurants, pizzeria and some interteinment in high season, is a short walk away following the beach or can be reached in one minute drive.
Villa Roseti is a detached property built only on one floor, with a total inhabitable area of about 300 sqm with two kitchens, a huge living room with terrace and lake view, six bedrooms, three bathrooms and two patios where to eat, relax and stay with your family or friends.
Sunbeds, outdoor tables and chairs and sun umbrellas are obviously provided.
Due to the plan also children, elder and disable people will feel very safe and comfortable here.
Moreover, the house is developed on two different branches, both with their own kitchen and bathroom, so you can enjoy your holidays with your relatives' or friends' family altogether, but still be independent if needed.
Parking won't be a problem, since te outdoor area is all private and the huge garden is about 10.000 sqm, with olive trees and many other trees and flowers. Barbecue is obviousluy provided for your best enjoyment.
Forniture is basic, but clean and well maintained; we still have some old fornitures and memories of grandparents here, as long as some small artworks from the family.
Bathrooms were recently renewed.
All the rooms have fans and we provide a portable air conditioner for the most suffering ones.
In the rear of the Villa, in a small apartment concealed and completely separated and locked, sometimes comes the old aunt Lella by herself, to check her part of the house (not yours obviously!) and breathe some fresh air. She doesn't share the garden and won't bother our guests at all, and probably won't even be there during your stay, but we better prefer to tell it. It woul've been very rude for us to avoid her to do so, considering her age. She has no access to the Villa interiors so please be sure and safe.
