Situated between the sea and the mountains, it is a semi-detached house recently renovated, with two bedrooms both with double bed and air conditioning, a bathroom with shower, a large living room with sofa and TV and equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and washing machine and dishwasher.

In the existing terrace at the rear, with a panoramic view of the region, where the view reaches the sea, you can enjoy relaxing evenings. Outside are available two pools, one for adults and one for children, a private garage and an area with barbecue. Any outside area is shared use with another apartment.

Located right in the heart of the Algarve, the Parragil, a location in the municipality of Loulé, offers the tranquility of a village outside of mass tourism.

With good access, just 3 km from the A22, the Parragil is the ideal place for those who prefer a quiet holiday and contact with the Algarve people.

The clothing of the house is provided when requested and cleaning during the stay is the responsibility of the tenant.

Quiet, beatiful view and a lot of privacy.

We had a wonderful time in this appartment. We must say that we had no neighbours at the time (there are 2 appartments next to each other with a door between the patio's, great if you go with 2 families).

The view is spectacular and, the appartment itself is clean and complete with plenty (beach)towels and linnen. For the 4 of us, our kids are 7 and 10, it was not big but just perfect. Morning breakfasts on the patio looking out over the valley and up to the pool downstairs, with parasols and sunbeds. Antonio is such a kind man, he kept our privat pools! clean every day and there was a bottle of wine to welcome us, perfect service, they live about ablock away. Another pleasant detail is that our car was parked under the house so it was safe and stayed cool.

A car is highly recommended, Paragil only has a tiny pub where they sell bread next door in the mornings. But it's near Loulé, Villamoura and Albufeira (you don't need a highwaypass to get there).

There are numerous beaches in the neighbourhood and a lovely shopping centre in Giao. Every Saturday gipsy market in Loule and a big fish market in Quarteira.

We really recommend this place for a sunny, relaxing and gastronomic (the food is great there) stay!

very cute house, everything you need is available

very great Pools which were cleaned every day, Accommodation was very clean, nice landlord, the only thing that annoyed , were the dogs who barked until late into the night, therefore only 4 instead of 5 stars.

Hébergement avec magnifique vue et piscines

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement de vacances à Parragil. Petit village calme facilement accessible, proche de l'autoroute, seuls les aboiements des chiens nous ont dérangé la nuit. Magnifique vue sur les collines et la mer au-delà,. Appartement bien équipé, WIFI, terrasse agréable, et grande terrasse avec piscines à partager avec l'appartement voisin. La petite piscine est très pratique pour les jeunes enfants. En avril l'eau était froide mais nous en avons profité malgré tout. Je recommande !

les propriétaires sont très discrets et très agréables

très belle vue de la terrasse

patio très agréable

location à recommander car sécurisée pour des enfants , portillon , portail qui ferme à clef , garage etc

bien situé pour les visites lagos, faro , le cape , éventuellement parc aquatique pour ceux qui le souhaitent et ponta da piedad à faire tour en bateau extraordinaire

Fantástico

Para quem quer uns dias de descanso longe da cidade e stress não há melhor sitio. A casa é óptima, confortável e bonita. Um fim-de-semana soube a (muito) pouco. Recomendo vivamente.
