A charming flint cottage with lots of charm and character situated just moments from the beach at Selsey. On the ground floor you will find an entrance hall which leads to a lounge area with a woodburning stove and a large dining table for 6. There is Freeview television, a DVD player and Wifi available.
There is a country style kitchen which is fully fitted to include a oven/hob, fridge and washing machine. There is a door to the rear garden area which has a lawned area and flower borders as well as a garden table and chairs for four.
On the first floor, there are three good sized bedrooms - one king size double, one double and one twin bedded room. There is a family bathroom with a bath and shower attachment overhead , wc and basin.
There is parking available at the front of the cottage.
Please note that due to the period nature of the property there are some low doorways, uneven floors and a fairly steep staircase which makes this property unsuitable for children under 5.

Sea Pinks is situated perfectly between the town and the beach in Selsey. The beaches in the area are some of the best in Sussex and perfect for a family vacation enjoying all coastal activities such as swimming, sailing or just strolling along the impressive sea front.
Head west and you will reach the resorts of Bracklesham Bay and the Witterings which are both worth exploring during your holiday.
Chichester is 8 miles to the north of Selsey and has many attractions to enjoy including the cathedral, city walls and the internationally renowned Festival Theatre. You can also visit the South Downs Plantetarium or the Pallant House Gallery.
