2 bedroom, 1-1/2 bath, which is part of my Victorian and totally private
About Steven Bagnall
I first came to Prescott in 1972, following a girlfriend from Southern California. I fell in love with Prescott that summer and told myself that someday I would move here. That time came in 1983, as I finally escaped the commotion of the big city life. Since then I have been a real estate investor, a mortgage broker and a real estate agent.
Steven Bagnall purchased this House in 1983
Why Steven Bagnall chose Nob Hill
This home is unique! It has the best location close to the Courthouse and downtown area of any home in the area. I fell in love with the architecture and style of my 1895 Victorian at once. In fact there were two back up offers to purchase it, but I closed the deal in 1983. It's one block off the commercial area, sits a little higher for views of Thumb Butte and Granite Mountain, the street is quiet, very few steps to get to the front door, it has its own private driveway, and a wonderful enclosed and private side yard. This is all the 307 E. Union Side.
What makes this House unique
It's one block off the commercial area, sits a little higher for views of Thumb Butte and Granite Mountain. The street is quiet and there are very few steps to get to the front door. It's close to everything - restaurants, shopping, Courthouse activities, banks, the library (around the corner), live performances, Starbucks... The total living area is over 1,300 square feet plus the outside porch and enclosed large private side yard.

Very quaint and turn of the century Victorian. My wife and I walked to the square every day. Close
We stayed there for 1 month before our house closed. Perfect location to explore the uniqueness of Prescott. Location could not be better.
This is the place to stay
We spent the entire month of October 2016 in this vacation home and loved every minute. We would take our dog for her daily walk around the courthouse and met the friendliest folks. This town is so quaint and cool that guaranteed, you will fall in love with Prescott. And the courthouse is maybe an eighth of a mile away. You are right there in the midst of the action. You will find a variety of bars, restaurants, shops, antique stores to explore and enjoy. There was some type of event every weekend on the court house grounds. Also you will fall in love with this charming old Victorian home. It is comfortable and quiet and we had a month of total relaxation. The home is decorated so uniquely that you can spend much time just taking in the decor. You will also find that the light that filters through the abundance of stained glass windows adds to the charm and character of this home. We spend many hours setting on the front porch and taking in the view of Thumb Butte as well as the private and spacious rear patio. The owner, Steve is very pleasant and accommodating. You cannot go wrong with this vacation choice.
Had a wonderful time. Home had everything you need. Enjoyed the patio area. Being close to the downtown area made it very convinent to shops and restaurants and all the entertainment in the down town area. Steve the property owner was very gracious and very helpful. Would recommend this home for anyone that would like privacy but still be close to the action. The front porch was also very nice for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Would love to return.
Sweet in-town spot
Steve, the property owner, is gracious and quickly responsive to suggestions for improvements. I stayed by myself in this home, as I wanted privacy, and a kitchen. The house is in a perfect location, only 2 blocks from the main square but quiet and private. It’s comfortable and has a great front porch for watching thunderstorms in the afternoon, and enjoying morning coffee too. The back yard is private and spacious. This is an old house — well over a century old. It’s been well maintained, and modernized in good ways. It’s also, even though only having room air conditioning units, quite cool inside on a hot day. Not glitzy, just comfy — I’d come back!
Prescott Dream Vacation
Our experience was absolutely amazing and relaxing! Steven's home is in the ideal location to enjoy the Prescott downtown area. The home is spacious and comfortable. We especially enjoyed our early morning coffee on the front porch. And the backyard is pretty secluded and magical with all the trees and the solar lights he installed. Steven was there to greet us and show us around. He had even stocked coffee, creamers, and a few surprises for our enjoyment. We'll definitely be back!
