The Merced is a 70 m2 completely renovated apartment (2011) and has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room and an Italian fully equipped kitchen including fridge, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, Italian coffee maker and everything you might need during your stay.

The master bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe. The second bedroom has twin beds and TV.

The property features wooden floors, except the bathroom, which will surprise you with its original floor and wall pattern!

The living room has a comfortable sofa-bed, TV, and central air conditioning-heating.

The windows are soundproof and WIFI is optional as well as private parking less than 5 minutes away.

Comfortable, bright, original and design for the most demanding tastes, Apartment Merced also has a balcony.

No sleep in Malaga

We stayed at appartment Merced, not 1050273. The flat was well equipped, and in a good location near the old part of the city. However, it was directly above some sort of club which played the loudest music I've ever heard all night until 7am every morning. This happened every single night and made it absolutely impossible to sleep. We holiday in cities every year and are used to city noise, but have never experienced anything like this before. It is only suitable for people who want to party all night and sleep during the day, and I would not recommend it to anyone, in fact I am only writing this review to warn people. I was very disappointed as there was no mention of it being so noisy.

Owner's Response: Hello, FIRST OF ALL WE WOULD ASK YOU TO KINDLY REMOVE THE COMMENT AS THE APARTMENT YOU FINALLY RENTED WAS NOT THE ONE IN THIS ADVERT SO THIS WRONG OPINION IS AFFECTING A PROPERTY WHICH HAS NONE OF THE PROBLEMS YOU HAVE MENTIONED. This property is the one you first requested and since it was not available for the entire period you needed we offered you an alternative property. We are really sorry you feel this way about the property in which you stayed. We have been renting it out for over 2 years and we have not have this sort of comment about it; any city centre as you probably know and mention is usually quite noisy. Again we apologize for any inconvenince but again we have had families with babies, bussiness people and all sort of guests over the 2 years and have never had this sort of complaints. Regards, Rocio

Located a few meters from the Picasso Foundation Natal House and to Picasso’s Museum; close to the Cervantes’ Theatre and surrounded by bars, restaurants and a variety of places to enjoy the local “tapas”, eat or simply enjoy a coffee, taking advantage of Malaga’s almost perfect year-round weather.

If you walk 200 m, you will find the Roman Theatre, the Alcazaba and the pedestrian street Alcazabilla recently renovated with plenty of bars, the popular Bodega “El Pimpi”, restaurants and the Albeniz cinema, one of the few cinemas in Malaga to enjoy films in original version.

The nearest beach, La Malagueta, is only a 10 min walk from the apartment through the tunnel of the Alcazaba. Bus stops to all directions are also very close, 10 min more or less.

Golf: The El Candado Golf Course is less than 7 km by car.
