This garden flat is located on a quiet and friendly street. The flat has its own private entrance. As you walk in through the front door, on your left is one of the bathrooms and to your right is the second bedroom. Walk along the corridor and you will come to the open plan kitchen and dining room. Walk through the dining area and you will come to the private garden which is has a lovely comfortable seating area. To the left of the kitchen you will come to the living room. Just of the living room there is the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
This flat has been impeccably styled with modern features and appliances which will guarantee and comfortable and happy stay.
KITCHEN / DINING AREA
The kitchen and dining area is filled with natural light thanks to the glass conservatory which lets plenty of natural light to come streaming into the room. The kitchen has been fitted with modern kitchen appliances and there are a range of cooking utensil, pots and pans, plates and cutlery. You are welcome to use our Nespresso machine, which we will provide coffee pods for.
The wooden dining table which seats 4 people is situated in the fabulous glass conservatory which looks out into the garden, so it makes it feel as though you are dining al fresco. There is also a sofa in here.
The living room has a large comfortable L shaped sofa which is perfect for relaxing on after a long day out exploring what London has to offer. There is also a large flat TV in here.
The master bedroom is located just off the living room area and has a sumptuous king size bed. The second bedroom has a comfortable double sofa bed. Both beds will be spotlessly made up using hotel quality linen. There will also be plenty of space in the wardrobes for you to be able to hang your clothes up and store your belongings away.
The ensuite to the master bedroom has a large walk in shower with a luxurious waterfall shower head, separate roll top bath, toilet and a stylish sink. The second bathroom has a lovely walk in shower, toilet and basin. Large fluffy white towels and toiletries will be provided for every guest.
Guests have complete access to the flat. Additionally I’ve arranged for a concierge service to be available to you throughout your stay, providing you with free on-demand support for booking restaurants, tickets to shows, transport...or anything else you might fancy! You can also book additional housekeeping services like regular cleans or changes of bed linen. I hope that this will help you get even more out of your stay. Interaction with Guests:
When I’m not there, you will be hosted by a professional hospitality company who I’ve engaged to look after you in my absence. They are on call to attend to your every need, as I would be.
Ladbroke Grove is an exciting, vibrant area of London, with many open spaces, beautiful houses and good transport links into Central London. Portobello Road is a 14 minute walk, where you can have your choice of places to eat and shops to explore all the way down to Notting Hill Gate. The Market is open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday (although there are significantly less stalls on Sundays), where you can sample delicious street food or explore the antique, bric-a-brac, vintage clothes, books, poster, jewellery, art and music stalls.
Westfield shopping centre is just 17 minutes away by bus.
For young families there are many parks nearby; Kensington Memorial Park with a super water park and great sand pit and play area, Little Wormwood Scrubs and Wormwood Scrubs as well as Queens park with a small swimming pool, petting zoo and large green open space.
A short bus ride away is Regent's Park (home to London Zoo) and Hyde Park and Holland park. There are all sorts of open squares and little playgrounds to explore
This property is in a great place in terms of being able to get around London quickly and easily. Latimer Road is the nearest station and is on the Circle and Hammersmith and City Line.
If you would prefer to travel by bus there are a number of bus stops along Barlby Road. From here you will be able to get a bus to the surrounding areas and into Central London.
