Four bedroom Villa nestled on the Montgo ideal for a family vacation

Casa Tranquila is the perfect place for a family to enjoy time together. Nestling on the side of the Montgo overlooking the stunning Roman Port of Denia. This four bedroom villa is ideal for a relaxing family holiday. The property is divided into an upper level dwelling and a lower level separate apartment.

The upstairs comprises of two large bedrooms. The master suite has an extra king-size bed, air conditioning and en-suite facilities. The second bedroom is a double bedroom also with air conditioning. Pedestal fans are available for the other rooms. The lounge and dining room are spacious with magnificent sea views from all windows. There is a well equipped kitchen with a washer, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer and coffee machine. In addition to the en-suite there is a also a shower room with toilet and basin.

The lounge is extremely comfortable with ample seating. In addition there is a dining room. Both the lounge and dining room have stunning sea views overlooking the town of Denia.

The lower floor has a large, self contained apartment with two double bedrooms, both with twin beds, a a well equipped kitchen/diner and spacious bathroom with a corner bath and shower.

Outside you have a 7 by 4 metre private pool set within a very large garden and BBQ area with fridge.

A car is recommended and there is private parking available in front of the villa with space for three cars.

The villa is about a 5 minute drive away from the beautiful town,beaches and Marinas of Denia.

There are two prestigious golfing and sports facilities available in the area.

Denia is a gastronomic centre hosting a wide range of tapas bars, restaurants and bars to suit all budgets.

It is renowned as a beautiful, historic, port town dating over 2,000 years with many archaeological remains.

There are miles of beautiful sandy beaches as well as Las Rotas with its rocky coves, perfect for snorkelling.

Casa Tranquila offers guests the opportunity to enjoy the delights of Denia whilst in a peaceful setting.

Why Patricia Frost chose Dénia

I searched for a home in Spain for quite a long time, until I visited Denia and totally fell in love with this great historic town. I looked for a home overlooking Denia and the sea and found my lovely villa which I named Villa Tranquila, with it's peaceful setting and stunning views of Denia and the Mediterranean. For me it is the perfect home in an ideal setting.

What makes this villa unique

Casa Tranquila is a spacious house with a pool. It is surrounded by gardens and boasts magnificent views of Denia's port, Marina and the Mediterranean sea. It is only a few minutes drive to the bustling Roman Port Town of Denia with all the amenities a person could wish for.
