Another wonderful stay .

In the lovliest of apartments belonging to Eduardo and Vanessa. our return visit was a joy, the garden where you can see the moon rise over the sea and sip your favourite vino ( a little supermarket a couple of minutes away will supply all your daily needs) and the coastal path outside the garden gate whereby you can walk north to a beautiful little beach south into Santa Eulalia with its own beaches and shops and many excellent restaurants. The apartment is as other guests have described it, airy and spacious with all you need for your stay , including a supply of oranges from the owners farm! Eduardo is the most charming of hosts and we could not have wished for a more relaxing stay and hope to return. Santa Eulalia is our favourite town in Ibiza and you could not find a more lovley spot in it, in my opinion. Thank you Eduardo and Vanessa.

A perfect fortnight.

My partner and I have just returned to London after a week in paradise. The apartment is spacious and had everything we needed for our stay with generous piles of towrls etc. and bedding. The living room opens onto a lovely little garden from where the back gate gives onto the coastal path , the sea being just beyond, and the sound of the surf, a lovely background. There was an electric storm one night and we sat on the covered terrace and watched the lightening play over the sea. Magic. The pool was as it appears, beautiful, and is open till 9.30 in the evenings. and is perdect for a quiet dip after being out and about all day, you can of course spend all day on the grass in the sun. As you may judge we fell in love with the place. The walk into Santa Eulalia is a matter of a little more than ten minutes and there you can find varied and excellent restaurants. To the left of the entrance a couple of minutes away is a splendid little supermarket which closes about 8.30 in the evenings and to the right a little further is a very large supermarket. to which, I am sure Eduardo the charming owner will direct you. He could not have been more welcoming, and we hope to return next year. We have been to Santa Eularia several times and have always stayed in the centre, which was lovely, but we hope there will be room for us here in the future. Enjoy!

The apartment is nice and clean. The owners are very helpful. The shared swimming pool is large and clean. We loved it and had a great time. I would def go back to this apartment. Santa Eulalia is a nice village.

Een heerlijk appartement!

Een fijn, rustig en schoon appartement. Het ligt dichtbij Santa Eularia, op loopafstand, als het niet te warm is...

Ook voor de kinderen is het een goede locatie om vakantie te vieren, met zwembad en dichtbij zee. Al met al een heerlijke vakantie gehad!

Summer By The Sea

We had a lovely stay at Apartment 1. Communication with Eduardo was easy and the agent met us at the accommodation when we arrived. Location is perfect - 10 mins walk from the marina and 5 minutes to Babylon Bar with gorgeous spot over the headland. The only way that I think the stay could have been improved upon would be for the double room to have a double bed (it is 2 singles pushed together) and for there to have been some sun loungers for the garden. Maid service would have been nice too but this wasn't offered. I would love to come back to apartment 1 in the future. Thank you Eduardo

Aimed at dawn, enjoy the sunrise over the sea with many shades and reflections of all colors, offering a new show every day. The crystal clear waters allow to appreciate the diversity of the seabed of Posidonia, rocks and sand.

Following the trail to the north, they are happening small coves, each with its peculiarities, in the shadow of the typical Mediterranean vegetation weather.

In a short walk along the coast in the other direction, we come to Santa Eulalia. We find first the marina with its amenities: nautical excursions, diving school, charter, boat rental sail or motor, Ferries to Formentera, etc. plus bars, restaurants, shops, boutiques. We are in the people better care of the island, with a wonderful promenade and two blue flag beaches. Variety of dining options: Gastronomy, with fresh seafood from our sea, Italian, Chinese, Argentine, take away, .........

Large supermarket a few meters away, towards Es Canar. The hippy markets are original to the island and continue disfruitandolos several times a week very close in Punta Arabi and Las Dalias.

Ibiza is the ultimate expression of the march and nightlife. It seems impossible that this type of tourism that prefers living with the tranquility and rest in the wonderful enclaves that gave meaning to the island in its infancy. The municipality of Santa Eulalia care in caring for the environment for visitors to enjoy a friendly environment without the noise and bustle unconscionable. This area of ​​the island, much less crowded than others, is surrounded by small coves of incomparable beauty.

The apartment is located in a residential gated complex and parking inside access. Surrounded by gardens covered shaded lawns around a lovely pool next to the private terrace and sea front. The sea is 30 meters away on a beach very comfortable and uncrowded algae.
