Excellent location badly let down
We were met by the owner's property manager who had no visitors' info manual for us. When asked how to connect to the WiFi, he simply showed us the back of the badly located router and told us to use the router ID and password displayed. This failed to connect us and he showed little interest thereafter. We therefore had no internet access during our entire stay. In addition, TV reception was abysmal. Otherwise, the apartment showed no sign of adequate maintenance or customer care, e.g. virtually empty soap and washing up liquid dispensers, no kitchen towel on the kitchen towel stand and no plug for the basin in the bathroom. The kitchen tap leaked badly when in use. NOT an apartment to be recommended.
The Arc Belfast
Beautiful location, lovely apartment exactly as described. Property manager ignored our call about the leaking kitchen faucet. There were no instructions on how to operate the appliances. No instructions on where the trash cans were located. Anyone who does not speak English will have a problem with the electrical system. English is my first language and I had a problem. Even my friends who live in No Ireland could not tell us how to operate the washing machine. There needs to be an instruction booklet with the information available in several languages. We had to buy our own paper towels and more toilet paper also, but I would stay there again because of the location and the price.
Fantastic views from a lovely apartment
The apartment is spacious and comfortable. We had a great stay with our grown up son. We enjoyed the titanic experience and the other two ships nearby. I loved the Dock cafe below the apartment. The cinema is only 5 minutes away. I wished we’d realised there was an ice hockey match on at the arena. The walk into the city is lovely along the river and not far at all, about 10 minutes to the big fish. A coffee machine issue was quickly and thoughtfully sorted, thank you. Beds very comfortable and a very quiet apartment, great nights sleep. Would definitely recommend this place.
Great view in Titanic Quarter
The apartment is located on the 7th floor of a relatively new building between the SSE Arena and the Titanic Museum. The location was great for us, as we were visiting Belfast for a weekend of ice hockey. The cleaning staff met us on our arrival (we were a bit early) and were very friendly. There is a small supermarket in the apartment complex. The apartment was clean and well laid out. Bedrooms and sitting areas were comfortable. Kitchen was simple but usable - we cooked breakfast each morning in the apartment (although pots and pans could be updated). Overall, definitely recommended.
Wonderful place to stay
Great apartment and great location. Apartment was exactly as described, clean, comfortable with an amazing view. Location was excellent as it was a 10 minute walk downtown.
Very modern and clean
Property was great, location a bit far from downtown Belfast, relatively new area so not as many conveniences available without needing transportation ie. grocery and/or restaurant-no pubs
Not a problem if you’re ok using local transit
