Quay View - harbourside apartment that sleeps in 2 bedrooms
Spanning the entire top (3rd) floor of this harbour front building, Quay View has been a very successful holiday let for many years due to it's superb central location, panoramic harbour and sea views and specious modern accommodation. A dedicated on site parking space right outside the top entrance door is the icing on the cake!
Accommodation briefly comprises a large open plan lounge / diner with panoramic views across the harbour from 4 large windows, separate fitted kitchen with closable double doors includes dishwasher and washer / dryer, large master en-suite bedroom with new king size bed and views across the harbour, further twin bedded room and separate family bathroom with bath & shower over. Quality furniture, fittings and decoration complete this first class apartment, making it ideal base for a family or 2 couples to enjoy all that Brixham & the surrounding area offers.
A dedicated private onsite parking space next to the top floor entrance door to Quay View is a superb convenient bonus for guests staying here and is a very rare and valuable amenity for central Brixham.
Quality bed linen & towels are provided as well as free wi-fi. The apartment is fully centrally heated so makes an for ideal cozy winter hide away too! A small well behaved dog can be accommodated by prior arrangement - so Rex can enjoy the fun too!
Short breaks of 3 or more nights are welcome most of the year except during the school summer holidays and Whitsunday bank holiday week.

You card will be pre-authorised for a £100 security deposit when you pay your balance. No actual money leaves your account. We would only use this authorisation if you caused damage to the property or if an abnormal amount of cleaning was required after your departure. The pre-authorisation is released within 3 days of your departure.

Great time at the Quay View
Fantastic location, view, weather, apartment. . Did not use the car once but that was because of trying to park...nightmare
Thank-you for your feedback. We are pleased you enjoyed holiday but surprised about your comments regarding the car park space. We state on the web site the car park space is suitable for small to medium cars and you should have received detailed instructions to facilitate parking. We wished you had mentioned this problem at the beginning of your break as we could have easily sorted out another alternative. We always put in a courtesy call the day after arrival asking if everything is alright and reminding guests to contact us if they need to (if no answer, we leave a message)and additionally, we leave a Welcome letter with all our details so our guests can easily contact us.

HAD A GREAT TIME, LOVELY FLAT - LOCATION - TOWN, IT HAD EVERYTHING ONE COULD WANT, WAS TASTEFULLY FURNISHED WITH JUST THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF PICTURES ETC. WE WILL STAY AGAIN FOR SURE :)

Very central location next to shops, cafes, restaurants and the Golden Hind. Dual entrance from either the Quayside or Higher Street. Top floor entrance and parking space on Higher Street, and ground floor entrance right on the Quayside. There are approx. 10 steps down from Higher Street to the top entrance door. There are 3 and a half flights of stairs up (with handrails) from the ground floor entrance on the Quayside.
