End Terraced cottage in the heart of Angus. Lovely location next to south esk river with easy access to all main trunk roads. Private rear and front gardens excellent for children with a large lockable out building suitably for housing bikes, golf clubs, fishing equipment and kayaks etc. Ample parking for 3+ cars, all off street. Property is located nearby to the Historic Caledonian Railway. Also perfect for cyclers and walkers as the property is on the montrose basin cycle route (11 miles of lovely countryside). Multiple golf courses within easy driving distances in both Brechin, Montrose and a little further afield to Carnoustie, Dundee and Aberdeenshire courses. Local fishing rights can be arranged at cost. Easy access to Glenshee Scottish Ski Centre (Just over 1 hours drive), Cairngorms National Park also within easy reach by car excellent for wild camping and walking. Local award winning beaches located at Lunan Bay and St Cyrus all close by.

House is fitted with free WIFI and also free to air satellite tv. A selection of books, DVD's and board games are also provided. A Nintendo WII and PS2 is also provided for those rainy days, with the living room coffee table converting into a card table and foosball table. Kitchen includes all necessary appliances to include toaster, kettle, microwave, washer / dryer, built in fridge freezer, hob and oven.

Outdoor patio table and chairs are included together with a small BBQ.

Property also includes at no cost a travel cot, highchair and safety stair gate for those travelling with small children.
