Clean, comfortable, easy access to amenities
Very pleasant property and helpful owner who responds to queries quickly. Only stayed one night but it is our second stay at that property. Very clean and well looked after. Would use it again
Great first stop on tour of Scotland!
The flat was clean which is important! We were on a cousins trip around Scotland and that was our first stop. Was perfect for the two of us. Might be a bit crowded with anymore people. The building and neighbourhood were quiet. The kitchen was well equipped for making your own meals and milk, tea, coffee, bread and cereal were provided which is a nice touch if you don't have time to stop at a market first. Great location! Close to the Cathcart Train Station for a quick trip into Glasgow Central. There were also shops and pubs nearby in walking distance. Don't judge a book by its cover. While the exterior wasn't too inviting, the flat itself was great and the surrounding area was perfectly safe. The owner, David, was very quick to reply to any questions. Great first stop on our tour!
Compact and Clean
The third floor walkup apartment uses every available space to accommodate 6 people but has the advantage of two full bathrooms. We were three adult males and three adult females so navigating hygiene took advanced planning. We did eat breakfast there but there isn't seating space for a group our size to sit down at one time. The apartment was very clean and efficiently equipped, with nice touches such as milk in the fridge and bonbons in a candy dish. Everything worked as it should. For us, it also had the advantage of being on the airport side of the city. I would happily stay again but would limit my party to four. The third bed area shares a room with the kitchen which can be awkward after more than an overnight..
Location, location, location
Though the flat itself is quite nice, clean, and comfortably appointed, it is not close enough to Glasgow Center to feel convenient and it is located in a very dilapidated building in the middle of a rundown block. Though the next blocks were fine, when dropped off by our Uber in the evening, we felt unsure and unsafe. This fear was dispelled while we were there, though it was initially strong and colored our stay. We chose not to bring our elderly friend to Glasgow and instead booked a stay in Edinburgh and met her there, returning to the flat for our last night in Glasgow.
Younger, more adventurous travelers would perhaps not be put off. We were left milk, cereal, tea, making mornings easy. The flat was comfortable and offered what would be needed for convenience: full kitchen, two full baths (one en suite), washing machine, sitting room with seating for four or more, and two bedrooms. It was quiet at night and though the front door to the tenement did not lock, the flat door did and seemed quite secure.
Really nice, clean flat
Well maintained flat in a good location. Perfect for a weekend away

I'm amazed by the owner of the flat, he was very nice and proffesional, had great contact with him. Also, place was very tidy and pretty! For sure I will comeback to this place when I'm going to need it! Fully recommend
