A comfortable bungalow with Wifi and parking, Trenare is located in a quiet residential street, just ten minutes' downhill walk to Perranporth's beach and village.
A small garden at the front has views across the village to the sand dunes, and the front door opens into the hallway of this deceptively spacious property. Three bedrooms sleep six guests: bedroom one has a double bed (4'6"), chest of drawers, wardrobes and a wall mounted TV. Bedroom two is another double (4'6") with chest of drawers and wardrobe, and bedroom three is furnished with twin beds (3') and also has plenty of storage.
A good-sized family bathroom is fitted with bath, separate shower cubicle, WC and basin, and the property also benefits from an additional separate cloakroom, fitted with WC and basin.
The sunny sitting room has a lovely large picture window out to the back garden, and the 3-seater and 2-seater reclining leather sofas provide a comfortable place to relax in front of a feature fireplace, TV and DVD player.
The kitchen, with tiled floor and divided from the dining area by a breakfast bar, is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, large fridge freezer, washing machine and TV. The dining room has a wood effect floor and is furnished with a table and six chairs, and large dresser.
Patio doors open into a bright sun room (down two steps) with wicker conservatory chairs offering a pleasant place to sit for morning coffee! Sliding patio doors lead into the garden, which can also be accessed through a back door from the kitchen.
The completely enclosed garden boasts a decked area with comfortable garden chairs, patio area with outdoor table and six chairs, and a lawn with shrubs, washing line, and a shed where boards, buckets and spades can be stored. Trenare is heated by central heating with thermostat control, and has parking for two cars at the front of the property. The property will accept one pet during low season.
Perranporth's beautiful three-mile-long beach is renowned for its golden sand and good surf, and is ideally placed on the north coast to explore the rest that Cornwall has to offer: just eight miles to the cathedral city of Truro; and Padstow, St Ives and Falmouth are all within an easy 40 minute drive.

Perranporth’s famous 3 miles of golden sands is right on your doorstep! A popular surfing spot which is lifeguarded during the summer months, making it an ideal place for families to play and relax. Why not try a surf lesson while you’re here? And of course, let’s not forget the famous ‘Watering Hole’, the UKs only beach bar which plays hosts to many exciting music events throughout the year. Or perhaps you prefer a spot of golf? An 18 hole links golf course if just a few minutes away and boasts spectacular views of the beach and coast.

All the amenities of the town are within easy reach, including a great selection of cafes, restaurants, pubs and local shops, and with good road and public transport links, Perranporth is an ideal base for exploring all that Cornwall can offer. Nearby attractions such as Healey’s Cyder Farm, Holywell Bay Fun Park and the Eden Project will make it easy to keep everyone busy whilst your here!
Perranporth Beach Info
• RNLI Lifeguards are on duty at the end of the beach closest to the town from
1st May to the 30th September
October half term.
Lifeguards are also stationed at the Perran Sands end of Perranporth beach from mid May to the end of September.
• Perranporth beach is dog friendly allowing dogs on the beach all year round. From July to September dogs must be kept on a short lead between 10am and 5pm.
• Perranporth has access to South West coast paths in both directions for walking and exploring this beautiful part of Cornwall.
• Newquay and Truro are only approx. 8/9 miles away
• Local buses run every 30 mins to Newquay and Truro
• Nearest airport is Newquay
• Nearest train stations located in both Newquay and Truro
