About the apartment:

This 78 square meters duplex apartment rental is located on the first floor of a private and secure residential building without an elevator. It has been recently refurbished and features beautiful hardwood flooring throughout. The living, kitchen and dining areas are found on the lower level. The cosy living room features a couch that can be converted into a sofa bed to sleep a 5th guest if required. There is a flat screen television with cable channels as well as a free Wi-Fi connection available throughout the flat. You will also find a dining table and chairs should you decide to stay in and cook one evening instead of going out to one of the many Charlotte Street restaurants.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, microwave, coffee maker teakettle and more. Full sets of cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots and pans and other utensils so you can make a meal right at home. There is also a washing/drying machine for your convenience, which will allow you to pack light and save room for all of your British souvenirs. An iron and board are provided for your convenience.

Upstairs there are two separate bedrooms each with a double bed, double, nightstands, bedside lamps and plenty of storage space. All bedding, sheets and pillows are provided and you will find the bed neatly made on arrival. Additional linens are available for the sofa bed. The apartment has one full modern bathroom complete with a combination bathtub/shower, hand washbasin, heated towel rail, toilet and hair dyer. Complementary toilet rolls, shampoos, shower gels and hand soap will be provided to start off your stay. Luxurious bath towels are provided for 5 people as well. A second water closet is located on the lower level and contains a toilet and hand sink.

This flat is vis-à-vis with the neighbouring building but there are curtains to ensure your privacy when needed. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning but we will be happy to provide you with fans for your stay should warm temperatures be in the London weather forecast. A member of our Welcoming Team will meet you upon arrival, give you the keys and entry codes, a tour of the apartment and its appliances, help you to connect to the Wi-Fi and more. You’ll find a personal guidebook in the flat with suggestions on where to eat and shop in London.

Great little flat next to Marble Arch

This is a great little apartment. Very easy to communicate with the management company by email before our arrival and with SMS and Whatsapp with their welcoming crew once we arrived. Everyone was very accommodating and understanding of the fact that we were a little jet lagged and exhausted after hours of travel. The apartment is in the best, location, only a two minute walk from Marble Arch Underground station (and an entrance to Hyde Parki). Many little shops and restaurants to grab something to eat on the way there. It has one spacious bedroom with an en-suite bath, spacious lounge area and a large kitchen for a 1 bedroom place. There was care taken with the cleaning. We were very happy overall with this user-friendly place.

Centrally Located with Convenient Tube Access

We were met at the flat earlier than we had planned as we ended up arriving early and did not want to stand in the rain with our suitcases. Paul's assistant was really understanding and came and met us which was most convenient. He was most welcoming and provided us with a brief overview of the flat as well as of the immediate area. The flat was just as is was listed. It was centrally located and was conveniently located close to the tube and easy access to buses outside our door. The flat was very clean, comfortable and plenty of room for our family of five. It was great to have the half bath as well as the full bath upstairs with the bedrooms. It was wonderful to have the kitchen for breakfast and snacks, especially with a grocery store situated just one block away. We very much enjoyed our stay in London and we would happily return here for a short stay.

Unbeatable Location

This apartment has an unbeatable location! It's really close to everything in London - Tube, restaurants (go one block behind to Charlotte Street and you'll have trouble picking a place to eat there's so many to choose from), grocery stores (including an all-organic place a few blocks down), pubs and shopping. It's a good base for staying in London for a few days. We found the city to be very walkable for what we wanted to do. The apartment itself is as-pictured. Simple but very clean and spacious enough for 4-5 people. We appreciated them being so accommodating with our arrival time. We would recommend this property to relatives and friends and certainly stay again.

Regarding late check-in: in the instance that you arrive between 7:00PM and 9:00PM, there will be a £30 late check-in fee, if you arrive even later, between 9:00PM and 11:00PM, the check-in fee will be £50. Between 11:00PM and 1:00AM the check-in fee will be £80. After 1:00AM there will be a £100 late check-in fee.
