Highly Acclaimed 5 Star Site Facilities Including Restaurant, Pool, Gym & Spa

Our lodge is situated in the South Lakeland Leisure Village, a prestigious development on the southern edge of the Lake District National Park, just 1 mile from J35, M6. Double glazed, central heating. Sorry no smoking.

We now have Wi-Fi installed at our lodge for your convenience.

Please remember we do not take pets due to allergy issues with clients.

Our property is unsuitable for small children (under the age of 4 years).

Our two bedroom (4 guest) traditional wooden lodge is the perfect place for families with children. The accommodation comprises:

Carpeted living room with 2 comfortable 2 seat leather sofas, wall mounted, flat screen TV, DVD, Freeview with DAB radio. Dining area and well appointed kitchen with dining table and 4 dining chairs.

The kitchen is modern and equipped with the latest appliances, including oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and filter coffee maker.

Patio doors lead from the sitting area onto the large wrap around decking area with outside lighting, table and reclining chairs. The deck area overlooks a tended grassed area with trees and shrubs, and a short walk to the private fishing lake beyond. Great for relaxing, reading, or enjoying the sunset with a glass of wine.

Master bedroom – tastefully decorated with double bed and fitted wardrobes, wall mounted TV. En-suite facility with WC,wash basin and shower.

Second bedroom with twin beds, bedside table and wardrobe.

Bathroom - WC, wash basin, bath with shower over, heated towel rail.

Private parking is provided adjacent to the chalet for 1 car.

Bath, hand and kitchen towels are provided, but please bring your own leisure towels for use in the swimming pool and gym facility.

Chalet hire price includes central heating, gas, electricity and bedding. Also provided at the lodge are iron, ironing board, hairdryer, a selection of family DVD’s, games and books, and a selection of local attraction and information leaflets...

The swimming pool is very popular with my grand children. My son Chris enjoys the steam room a lot as well as the opportunity for fishing on the lake. My Daughter Melanie and her husband thoroughly enjoy the restaurant and spa facilities.

Set on a 43 acre site, the South Lakeland Leisure Village is situated just a couple of miles from Carnforth on the border of the Southern Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales. Lovely clean well fitted out lodge

Our stay in March had a mixture of snow wind sun and blue skies but we were toasty and comfortable in this lodge. The wfi was a boon and worked well. The on site restaurant and sport facilities are good but we did not use them on this visit. The park is well laid out with plenty of room between units. We even had a lovely white duck land on the decking banister taking bread out of our hands for breakfast not to much though as its not good for them apparently.

Lovely Lodge in a Great Location
