What makes this apartment unique

The neighbourhood around the apartment is mainly a quite residential area. The main activities at the centre of Marsaskala are located 700 metres away, near the playground, where there are a good number of restaurants and bars. The Marsaskala bus terminus is located just opposite the playground. Just 1km from the apartment there is St. Thomas Bay, where most locals use to go to swim. 400 metres from the apartment there is also the beginning of the Marsaskala promenade, where residents like to stroll or jog up to Zonqor Point.

Paola - Visit the Hypogeum Temple, then go to Tarxien to visit the Tarxien temples.

You may then catch a bus from Paola Centre and go to the Three Cities (Vittoriosa, Cottonera & Senglea).

You may first go to Vittoriosa Square and stroll in the narrow streets. Then go down to the Yacht Marina and walk to Cottonera. You may then walk to Senglea.

From Cottonera, you can catch the sea transport to go directly to Valletta. With the same ticket, you can use the lift which goes up to the Upper Barrakka.

When you go to Zurrieq, you may hire a boat to go to visit the Blue Grotto.

After the Zurrieq visit, you may then walk to visit two important temples, Hagar Qim & Mnajdra (more than 5,000 years old).

On Sunday or a normal day, you may wish to visit the fishing village of Marsaxlokk. On Sunday, there is the flee market in Marsaxlokk.

You may also find some time to go to Pretty Bay in Birzebbugia, for a day at the beach.
