This converted cattle barn with outstanding views. You enter the property through a very useful utility/boot room There is also a spacious hallway, wet room, family bathroom with corner bath and two bedrooms (one with super king bed that can be a twin, and one single) on this floor.

The large, well-equipped Farmhouse kitchen has an old wood-fired Rayburn and well as a electric cooker and hob. The sitting room has comfy furniture, a freeview TV, DVD, enormous windows from where you can admire the truly stunning views and French doors opening out to a patio area. A great cottage to stay with friends or a large family. Bedroom 1: zip and link superking size bed (can be a twin), Bedroom 2: Single room , Wetroom with shower, hand basin, heated towel rail and toilet. Family bathroom with corner bath, hand basin, heated towel rail and toilet

Downstairs there is a family bedroom with two kingsize beds that can be singles and leading off this room is a small bedroom with a single bed. (Bedroom 3: Family room with two zip and link king size beds (can be a two twins), door to -Bedroom 4: Small room with single bed).

Our farm tours are very popular with the all the family and our play area with swings, slides, sand pit and football goals are situated by the cottages.

Vale Farm Cottages cater from 4 – 10 guests all feature original oak beams in all the rooms and have spacious living rooms with French doors opening onto views of Pan-y-Van and the Black mountains in a farm court yard setting, ideal for al fresco dining or a barbeque.

A great location to meet up with family and friends, large enough to cater for groups and business trips and with the optionally of having The Coppice function room with kitchen area onsite for parties, conferences and group meetings.

Mid Wales has many opportunities for outdoor activates including walking, caving, cycling, horse-riding, fishing, gliding, rock climbing or a round of golf at Cradoc golf club. Or just simply relax drinking tea in a café and a stroll along the Brecon canal or a train ride on stream railway.

Whilst visiting the area feeding the red kites near Rhayder and Penderyn Distillery are always a must. Hereford, Bristol and Cardiff are a shopper paradise in easy reach and even a visit to one of the many beaches just fifty miles away.
