Superb modern 2 year old 2 bedroom apartment with all the comforts of home.

A modern spacious newly built 2nd floor apartment (located in a block of only 4 apartments) - NO LIFT, stairs only - Rooms overlook town centre and car park. It has 2 large bedrooms with comfy single beds , child friendly leather sofas - It is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, etc... Terrestrial TV. Bose system, BT wifi.. WOOD flooring and rugs throughout the apartment. Linen, towels, beach towels, coffee, tea, milk, juice, cereals, hairdryers, shampoo, body wash, iron etc. are supplied. Everything you need to make you feel at home whilst away.. There are NO sea views, but it is within 30 seconds of the beach and Deal Pier. The apartment is very quiet and does not suffer from any road noise. 24 hour Public Car Parking at rear of property which can be viewed from the apartment. Pay and Display charges are £1.10 per hour within hours 9-5pm.. The apartment is much larger than the photos are able to show. Bedrooms have ample space for travel cots - but these are NOT supplied. Bike storage available. High Speed Trains to and from St. Pancras - Deal main line station is just 5 minutes walk to the apartment. There are 3 English Heritage Castles nearby (Deal/Walmer and Dover). Top Golf Courses, Cinque Ports/Princes/Royal St.Georges and Walmer & Kingsdown.. quirky shops, restaurants,bars Superb coastal walks to Cliffs of Dover via St.Margaret's Bay overlooking English Channel, views of France. Deal and the surrounding area is a photographers paradise.

Flexible checkin is from 2pm-7pm... Checkout 10.30am. . One night bookings available.

Why Sue chose Deal

If you want to be right by the beach and enjoy the lovely town of Deal and all its surrounding sights, then this new apartment is perfect as it is so well located by the Pier and although it does not have a sea view, it does have peace and quiet as it does not suffer from any road noise. It is also only 5 Minute walk from Deal Main Line station with High Speed trains from St.Pancras (I hour 20 minutes) and the Public Pay and Display car park is at the rear of the property (no charges between hours of 5pm-9am). Its home from home with everything you could need to make your stay comfortable.

What makes this apartment unique

Central location, no road noise and very spacious. Everything is so close to hand, supermarkets, antique shops, quirky and unusual local shops, coffee shops, restaurants to suit all tastes, fish n chips, famous ice cream parlour, quality bars, banks, theatre, museums, galleries, stained glass workshops, library, car parks, Saturday market, pebble beach, pier, one family run amusement arcade, nearby well known reputable golf courses, 3 English Heritage castles, views of France, White Cliffs of Dover and Ramsgate and endless coastal walks. Visit the RNLI lifeboat house on Walmer Green which also has an open air paddling pool. There is an indoor pool and leisure centre, Tides, nearby too.

So much for your to do so come and visit us. You will not be disappointed.

Lovely flat in a great location!

The location is fantastic, right across from the pier and a five minute walk from the high street and the station. The flat is newly renovated, the rooms are clean and spacious and the kitchen is extremely well stocked. Thank you Sue!

I can't say enough good things about this lovely apartment. beautifully appointed, quiet, great situation right next to the sea front, very welcoming host with all the important little extras taken care of. it really was a 5 star experience so if you're looking for somewhere to stay in Deal make this your first choice, it really can't be faulted.

Excellent 2 bedroom apartment in Deal, Kent.

This is the first time we have stayed in this apartment and having visited Deal over the last 20 years we wish it had of been available before. Everything is within easy walking distance and ample parking within the nearby car parks which are not overly expensive.

The apartment itself is large and more than big enough to cater for two couples or like us, a family of 4 with everyone having there own space. Everything in the apartment is of a very good quality, modern and there are a lot of individual touches that make you feel at home but not too personalized

The two bedrooms have good beds and comfortable mattresses and fans were available to use as we arrived during the heatwave (30+degrees). Both the en suite and separate bathroom were well stocked with pretty much anything you could possibly need on a break and the ladies were very impressed with the little touches in these two areas.

There is a large comfortable living area and kitchen, again with everything you would ideally want for a break and some essential items left by the owners for your use. Everything in this area, as throughout the apartment was very clean and tidy.

The apartment is on the sea front, however do not be put off by this as no noise could be heard within the apartment at any stage when we were present, especially during the evening when we were expecting to hear something, but we were all pleasantly surprised.

Moving onto the owners, of which we only met Sue. A lot of time and effort has gone into this property to make you feel at home.Sue made contact with us to confirm the booking and check our expected arrival times nearer the date and confirmed her attendance when this took place. We made contact on our arrival day and agreed to meet at a specific time and before we knew it we were settling in and everything ran as smooth as clockwork. Sue made contact with us the next day to check everything was okay and on our leaving day to wish us a save journey home. Nothing was too much trouble for her and everything was geared towards us having an enjoyable time.

As I stated earlier, we have been visiting Deal for many years visiting family and friends and I am certain that as long as Sue is running this apartment we will be looking to stay here again and you will not be disappointed if you do.

Geräumige Wohnung, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, voll ausgestattet und zentral gelegen

Wir wurden sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend in Empfang genommen. Praktisch sind die Parkplätze in der Nähe und die zentrale Lage. Die Wohnung ist sehr freundlich, geräumig, mit Liebe modern ausgestattet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man brauchen kann.

Deal is a fantastic town of natural beauty & history. Lovely walks /bike rides all the way to the Dover Cliffs and Kingsdown, St Margaret's, also to the golf courses of Walmer & Kingsdown, Cinque Ports, Princes, St. Georges and Sandwich. Enjoy the history of the English Heritage castles of Deal, Walmer & Dover. There are many quirky shops, galleries, nice pubs and restaurants within the local area. Also check out the nearby Astor Theatre which has quality acts. Enjoy playing golf on one of the many courses close by. The Cathedral City of Canterbury is 40 minutes by car, bus or train. Tour the Kent coastline and visit Whitstable, Herne Bay, Margate, Broadstairs, Ramsgate, Folkestone etc.. You will not be disappointed.

Deal and Kingsdown are featured in the TV series of 'The Liar', 'The Tunnel' and 'Vanity Fair' due to be shown in 2018.
