About Josephine Kelly
My husband Gavin and I have traveled all over the world but we still put Donegal top of the list of our travel experiences. We are constantly finding new places and hidden gems. We we hope our travel experiences help us to deliver what guests would expect from their holiday accommodation.
Josephine Kelly purchased this House in 2017
Why Josephine Kelly chose Dunlewy
I grew up in Dunlewey, my home is just down the road from Errigal House. The views of Errigal are stunning and you can literally count the climbers on top of the mountain from the kitchen table. I love to watch the driving rain while sitting in front of the stove in winter. The underfloor heating is scrumptiously comfortable especially when there is snow on the ground.
What makes this House unique
Underfloor heating throughout the property and unlimited hot water supplied by an air-to-water heating system. Peat burning stove. But it's all about the views!

Booked a break for six adults and two kids (13 and 4) for a long weekend. Arrived at a stunning location to find a beautiful property which was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. It was exactly what we needed it really is a break for the hustle and bustle. The owner kept in contact with me from the moment i booked and while we were there to check we had everything we needed, which we did. The house was stocked with everything you could need. We had a great stay and hope to be back soon.
Thank you Jacqueline for the lovely review, we are delighted you enjoyed your stay.
Beautiful, mountainside location
This house is very clean and modern. The layout and windows were designed carefully to afford amazing views of adjacent Mount Errigal. Our family group of nine people fit perfectly into the layout of this house, and it's location fit our tour of Ireland and Northern Ireland just right. We were able to take several hikes on and around Mount Errigal and the surrounding park lands. The ability to close doors to keep sound from the common areas from reaching the bedrooms was much appreciated.
The wifi was the only weak point. At times it worked well, but then it seemed to shut down for an hour or two every few hours.
Overall, this house was perfect for our stay. The laundry machines worked well plus all of the other facilities of the home, including the well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms.
Stunning property in a stunning location!
House is gorgeous and very well equipped. WiFi and smart tv makes all the difference when you have teenagers. Underfloor heating means that the house is always warm and cosy too. We rent 3 or 4 holiday houses in Ireland every year and this property is the best we’ve ever stayed at. Would highly recommend 😄
