Villa Senni is an eighteenth century house belonging to the Marquis Frescobaldi, recently renovated. It has been divided into six spacious apartments, which have retained their ancient architectural style. The Villa is immersed in the green valley of Mugello, near Florence, in a panoramic position that allows easy access to other major regional centers such as Siena, Lucca, Pisa. They are also possible rail links starting from the Borgo San Lorenzo station. Comfortably furnished with period furniture. The property is surrounded by a beautiful park with trees of about 10.000sqm equipped with barbecue and tables for outdoor dining. Wi-Fi. The apartments share between them a private parking, a swimming pool in style board with stone opening hours from 8.00am to 7.30pm (7m. x 15m. prof. 150cm.) and a room for the laundry equipped with washing machines for a fee. Each apartment is equipped with satellite TV and on request you can add an extra bed, which will be paid upon arrival.

The property is located at 3 km. from Scarperia (famous for the production of knives and for the international circuit of Mugello), 3 km from Borgo San Lorenzo , 9 km from Vicchio (birthplace of Giotto and Fra Angelico), 30 km from Florence, 18 km from the Barberino Designer Outlet (over 100 stores of big brands of Italian and international fashion) and Lake of Bilancino (canoeing, sailing, windsurfing), 8 km the "Poggio dei Medici Golf Club", 10 km away from riding school.

It located on the ground floor and consists of a spacious living room, a kitchen with four burner stove, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, a large bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower (wc/bidet).

On request you can add an extra bed, which will be paid upon arrival. The apartment has in common with the other apartments: parking, swimming pool, garden and a room used the laundry equipped with washing machines for a fee.
