Well located close to the beach, shops and bars with lovely sea and pool views

A comfortable and good sized 2 bedroom apartment located close to the lively Bonanza Square, Ibensa Square and plenty of other bars and restaurants nearby.

The apartment is located on the 7th floor (access via two well maintained lifts) and the lounge and both bedrooms enjoy spectacular panoramic views of the sea and of the gardens and communal swimming pool.

There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other bedroom has twin beds and there is also a large sofa bed in the lounge so it can accommodate up to 6 people. All rooms are recently decorated and all furnishings are recently purchased as well.

Additionally, there are warm/cold air conditioning units in both bedrooms and the lounges.

The kitchen is fully fitted with all equipment needed for a comfortable stay including a gas cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle and there is a washing machine in the bathroom.

There is also satellite TV with all the main English Channels as well as other national ones and WiFi is available at a small additional cost.

The 8m balcony situated just off the Salon through full length sliding panoramic doors is large enough to accommodate the couple of dining tables and chairs there for your al fresco dining and sun downers.

Apartments in this block are both holiday lets and residential so the block itself, swimming pool (mid and high season) and gardens are very well maintained all year round and while it is close to all the Town’s amenities and attractions, it has a very tranquil feel inside.

The lovely large communal pool (seasonal start of June to the end of September) is surrounded by a shady garden. Out of these seasonal times you may be able to use the facilities at the Hotel San Fermin or Hotel BALI whIch are both just down the road.

Why Maria Peters chose Benalmádena

The apartment's position in the block means that it benefits from spectacular views across out to the beautiful Mediterranean Sea which in itself is only a small stroll away.

The Block's central Benalmedina location is fantastic to enjoy all that this lively resort has to offer as well.

Benalmedina itself is in a great location as it is only a 20 minute cab ride from Malaga Airport or you might want to hire a car from right inside the airport itself, so you can enjoy the multitude of attractions the whole area has to offer.

Additionally, the train station at Arroyo is a five minute cab ride away from the Apartment is served by regular trains from the airport to Arroyo just a 5 minute cab ride away from the apartment. These trains also go down to Fuengerola as well as into the Malaga City Centre.

It also sits right next to Bonanza Square as well as numerous Bars and Restaurants all a few minutes walk away.

The well maintained gardens also house a tennis court, children's play area and lovely (seasonal) pool for just for residents only.

And all just a 20 minute drive from Malaga Airport as well

What makes this apartment unique

It is positioned right in the centre of Benalmedina which means that all it's major attractions including the beach, Puerto Marina, Paloma Park, Tivoli World, and Selwo Marina can be reached on foot.

For those not so able, there's a bus stop and taxi rank right outside the block as well.

This block is as much occupied by permanent residents as well as holiday makers so it is well looked after and a nice peaceful haven away from the hustle and bustle of the busier areas of the resort

Excellent Apartment in a Great Location

The apartment was very clean and spacious like a home from home with all utensil's in kitchen, hairdryer and iron in the bedroom wardrobe. Washing machine, TV and Wi-Fi. Balcony bedrooms and open-plan living kitchen with spectacular views. The apartment and pool area was very secure. with a supermarket around the corner and plenty of bars and restaurants, there is plenty to do.

Maria was the perfect host and we will most definitely be staying here again, Thanks again Maria.

As advertised

The apartment is situated on the 7th floor and the balcony overlooked the swimming pool and the well manicured gardens. Unfortunately for us the pool had just closed for the season, so looking at the lovely inviting water on a hot day was like the torment of Tantalus.

The apartment was well fitted with air conditioning and was well fitted out with everything required for a relaxing break. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous Family Fun!

Myself, my partner and 9 year old daughter had a wonderful week in the sun! The apartment was more than enough room for us. The rooms were fab and extremely clean! We enjoyed drinks on the balcony, which had a great view of the pool and sea, after spending a few hours lounging my pool, this was also kept extremely clean and easy to access. We couldn't keep my daughter away! Everything is so close by, a short walk to the square and the beach. We had something to do every day. We made the most of the week! The food was tasty and not over priced. All activities were reasonably priced, we were expecting to the prices to be higher when in fact they were great for what you were getting. When we didn't eat out we were able to make our own lunch in the kitchen of the apartment, this proved so handy for us as my daughter can be fussy at times. We particularly enjoyed the boat trips and dolphin watching. There is the opportunity to do as much as you want or as little as you want. The apartment was just as advertised, if not better! We will definitely be returning. Over the moon with the memories we made on our week in Benalmadena.

Bonanza Square just to the right of the Block as you look towards the Sea offers a good choice of Pubs and restuarants and there are several quality restaurants all within a few minute’s walk. The lively Benalmedina Puerto Marina is only a fifteen minute walk away where you can find plenty more bars and restaurants for waterside dining.

Further beachside bars and restaurants can be found just a 10 minute walk away on the lovely promenade which runs for around half a mile from the Marina due west and then all the way up to Torremolinos due east.

At night the resort comes alive with lots of Bars offering live music (especially the Bonanza Bar and Capones which are open until late) and other entertainment and for those night owls amongst you the busy and bouncing 24 Hour Square complex of Bars and Clubs is only a ten minute walk away on the main road opposite the road down to the Marina.

The marina is made up of a pretty and quite unique port and residential complexes, with excellent restaurants and bars surrounded by very attractive and individual architecture. It has on two occasions been awarded the "Best Marina of the world" category and holds uninterrupted since 1987, the Blue European Flag for quality of its services and waters. Benalmadena Marina also offers a wide calendar of activities and events that make this environment an attractive venue as well

The Cable Car

The 'Teleférico de Benalmádena' is situated in Arroyo right next door to Tivoli World and is open until midnight in high season. It offers a spectacular journey in comfortable and modern cable cars, each one offers a capacity of 4 people on a route that joins Benalmádena Costa to the top of Mount Calamorro, at nearly 800 metres high above sea level. Besides the unique views of the 'Costa del Sol' and 'Sierra Nevada‘, on a clear day you can see as far as Gibraltar and the African coast. There is also the birds of prey show at night (included in the price) in the 'Valle de las Águilas' (Eagle Valley). Or for those fitter among you can go hiking or cycling around the perfectly marked routes that lead to different viewpoints.

For the younger ones there are two Aquaparks with the closest one at Torremolinos being just a few minute drive or taxi ride away.

Tivoli World Amusement Park is situated close by in Arroyo offers lots of exciting rides for the young and even not so young, and also entertainment with regular concerts taking place in the summer months.

Benalmadena Sea Life Aquarium is located in the Marina of Benalmadena, has been open since 1995 and houses an abundance of Marine Life.

Selwo Marina Dolphinarium and Penguin Reserve it is a marine park that houses the only dolphin and penguin centres in Andalusia. It is located in Arroyo de la Miel, near the Parque de la Paloma and belongs to the United Parks chain, which also manages the cable car above Benalmadena.
