Immaculate, modern and fully equipped in a central location.

My apartment is close to the airport, parks, art and culture, the city centre and great views.. You’ll love my apartment because of the location, the people, the bars, restaurants and transport links. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families.

The property is in a peaceful beach resort located on the south coast of the Costa Blanca. With excellent, long sandy beaches, it is ideal for lazy days in the sunshine. There is a great selection of water-sport activities making this resort the perfect holiday destination. Select your dates now!

My apartment is on the fourth floor of a select apartment block with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a balcony with patio table and chairs. In addition, the apartment boasts a spacious lounge/diner and modern, well equipped kitchen. Hot and cold air conditioning also features in this apartment.

The property is a select Spanish sea side resort on the Costa Blanca close to Torrevieja, Quesada, Royales, Montesenos and Murcia. Only 20 minutes drive from Alicante airport, it is famous for its pine forest and long, sandy, blue flag beach with safe bathing.

Transport links are excellent with buses going to Madrid, Barcelona and local areas. For the less adventurous there is everything within 10 minutes walking distance to ensure a perfect holiday: restaurants, bars, markets, golf and water sports are just a few of the activities nearby.

The blue flag beach is lined with thriving cafe bars and restaurants: the perfect places to relax and enjoy the view and the sunshine. The famous Guardarmar parks are also close to top class restaurants and bars. Most restaurants in Guardarmar offer a daily 3 course menu for

under £7, including drinks.

The climate in the Costa Blanca is known to promote good health and the sun is shining for most days of the year. Why not visit the nearby salt lakes and gain the health benefits provided by the mineral mud? Many ailments can be relieved such as: arthritis, rheumatism etc..

Where medical attention is required, facilities are first class.

There is a bustling market in the centre of town every Wednesday. In addition, there is an evening market alongside the park from May to October. An outdoor municipal pool makes a change from the beach and there is even a funfair for younger children.

Young or old, there is something to delight everyone in Guardarmar. There is a funfair, municipal outdoor swimming pool, horse riding, fishing and cycling. Guardarmar is unspoilt yet offers vibrant and exciting opportunities for all who visit.

The apartment is modern and stylish with an en suite and balcony.

There is a convenient bus station and taxi rank.

There is a supermarket at the back of the apartment block which sells fresh fish, vegetables, general groceries and bread. There are several beautiful parks, a huge market on Wednesdays and an evening market from May to October. There is also a well kept municipal pool, lots of bars and restaurants and excellent medical facilities.

I love the residential aspect of Guardamar, its sophistication and cleanliness. It also has a fabulous holiday atmosphere with the blue flag beach, bars, restaurants and nature reserve.

The apartment is very easy to manage: it is modern, clean, well equipped and stylish. It is ideal for a truly relaxing holiday experience.

What makes this apartment unique

The lounge is large, sunny and comfortable. It has a small but delightful balcony leading off from the lounge: ideal for sipping a glass of wine or two in the evening! This balcony is an ideal sun trap: perfect for relaxing in the afternoon!
