Family Villa Own pool, Garden, Tranquil And Peaceful With Spectacular Views

A deceptively spacious family sized villa with traditional style architectural features which is located a less than 10 minutes’ drive from both the fashionable and popular Arenal center, with its beautiful sandy beaches and a wide selection of shops, cafes and restaurants in one direction and the same distance to the historical Port area, with its specialist fish restaurants and people beach.

The villa has a spacious hall way leading to a large master suite with en-suite bathroom, a further twin bed room, family bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Through a decorative arch you will find an open plan lounge and dining area leading to a covered naya and patio with pool. This provides you with an area for outdoor dining, with a BBQ and plenty of room for sunbeds. The pool is 8m x4m with roman steps, shallow at one end and deep at the other. There is plenty of room for family floaties! From this outdoor area steps lead you to a 3rd twin bedroom and en-suite which is separate from the main house with its own front door and not accessible internally through the villa; ideal for sharing families, teenagers and grandparents who want their own space. At this level is a lawned garden with Mediterranean planting and seating.

The property is private on all sides sitting at the end of a cul de sac so there is no through road traffic noise. It has been built on a slope to take advantage of the views of the surrounding hills. Please note that there are steps leading from the drive to the villa which will make it unsuitable for wheelchairs.

Being 10 minutes’ drive to the Arenal Beach area and Port area with a 5 minute drive to the old town the villa is close to all amenities but away from the hustle and noise of the main resort. Its tranquil and peaceful setting allows you to unwind and relax during your stay There is no need to go too far to get your groceries as there is a large supermarket less than 3 minutes’ drive. The closest restaurants are a mere 3 minutes in the village Benitachell in one direction and 2 minutes towards Javea (including the Michelin restaurant BonAmb)

The villa includes air con in the bedrooms and main living area, satellite TV, DVD player, free Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, outdoor BBQ alongside all the other personal equipment you will need for a relaxing hassle free stay.

The area is particularly popular with those seeking different types of activities during their stay. Javea and the surrounding hills promote many walking and cycling routes, especially the Montgo National Park which is 10 minutes’ drive away. The area also boasts many golf clubs, including the local Javea club; situated within 3 minutes’ drive from the Villa. (other golf clubs include La Sella and Oliva Nova golf course which was designed by Severiano Ballesteros) On all the beaches and coves that surround the area you will find an abundance of water sports, including paddle boarding, surfing and scuba clubs. Around the area you will also find horse riding that take advantage of the beautiful hills and orange groves. If an active life style is not for you, you can find plenty of local markets and shops to browse in and a plethora of cafe, bars and restaurants in the 3 main areas of Javea, The Pueblo, Porto and Arenal.

Within 10 minutes’ drive from the villa you will reach the popular Arenal sandy beach with its long stretch of golden sand, plenty of sunbeds to hire or sand to lay your towel. Opposite the beach there is an abundant of fantastic bars and restaurants open throughout the day and night. At night at the height of summer the front comes alive with an Artisan Market and plenty of locals and holiday makers enjoying the nightlife. Also during this time, a local tourist train travels from the Porto to the Arenal along the sea front.

The area is renown for its outstanding beauty, hill top views and clean air – What’s not to like?

We have been searching for our ideal property for many years around this area. We eventually chose this villa as we fell in love with the outdoor space surrounding the villa as well as it bright an airy interior.

What makes this villa unique

We love the location as it is very tranquil and relaxing although within a 10 minute drive you can be in the middle of the port or beach area. It is also an ideal location to explore the surrounding countryside and neighbouring resorts and beaches.

My family and I stayed at this villa for 2 weeks summer 2017. It is well equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday. The BBQ is on the patio near the pool so we could cook and watched the kids in the pool at the same time. The sunsets at the villa were out of this world and fantastic to watch with a glass of the local wine.

I would recommend a stay here especially for a family as it has a pool, plenty of space, satellite tv ( films, sport and children channels). It only took us 5 minutes to get to the beach by car and the same travelling to the port.

Lovely stay, rebooking for next year.

Beautiful location,quite and relaxing !!!

Just returned from a pleasant stay at this beautiful place.

The Villa is located on at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, not overlooked, with stunning views of the hills beyond. It was clean,well furnished and comfortable, with everything we certainly needed to make our holiday.

The bedrooms and living area were all very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped to cater for our needs.

The terrace is an amazing space and possibly my favourite location, where you can sunbath and relax by the pool during the day. In the evening the pool looks amazing when illuminated and with a glass of wine is a perfect place to unwind.

Arenal Beach is a short drive or taxi ride, the beach is sandy and the Promenade has numerous shops and restaurants to explore.

The La Bambula Cocktail Bar was one of my favourites,overlooking the beach,nice food, live music and friendly staff, well worth a visit. The Geographic Tapas Bar and Restaurant is also worth a visit if you are a sports fan, plenty of TV screens,good atmosphere, friendly staff, nice food.

Fantastic villa, it has all you need and more! We really had a great stay and will visit again soon.

Would certainly recommend to friends.

Delightful ! Really loved it

villa was extremely clean and tidy with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Terrace is spacious with fantastic views, pool looked great if a little chilly in February.

The beach and restaurants are short drive or taxi ride and there's everything you could want there. Also, we noticed some some walking/hiking tails in the surrounding hills although we didn't have time to explore if we stay longer next time it will be on the intinery.

Overall really enjoyed ourselves either staying in or enjoying the local amenities.

We would definitely recommend taking your holiday here and will be coming back.

Our villa is surrounded by scenic views of green pine covered hills that meaner their way towards the beautiful sandy beach of Javea. It is a haven of tranquillity and peace. As it is located at the end of a cul de sac so there is no through traffic and very little noise.

The coastal town of Javea boasts nine of the most spectacular beaches that Spain’s Costa Blanca has to offer. Located in the Province of Alicante, Javea’s coastline stretches 20 kilometres providing a uniquely charming variety of beaches and landscapes with plenty to do. Javea has three tourist areas, the Port, Arenal Beach and the Old Town, each with its own unique charm, and all full of bars restaurants and nightlife.

The nearest supermarket is 2 minutes by car so you can collect provisions for your pool side BBQ. The village of Benitachell provides local shops, a bank and restaurants; or a 10 minutes’ drive takes you to the Old town in one direction, the Port in another or the Arenal area in another. Using the villa as a base, you can explore the surrounding beautiful valley and hills surrounding the Jalon valley. Travelling around the area you will discover its landscape of olive and pine trees, intermingled with orange groves and vineyards, remote villages of Jalon, Alcalali, Lliber and Parcent, and the larger towns of Calpe and Denia.

The beach, Montgo mountain and old town make impressive backdrops for the fiestas that Javea hosts throughout the year. Bull-running, great bands, boisterous battle re-enactments for the Moors and Christians fiesta, bonfires on the beach and colourful fireworks displays form part of the celebrations held in Javea.

Bookings are Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise agreed.
A mid week clean is charged separately and can be booked at any time leading up to your stay.
A change of laundry mid stay ( for fortnight stays only ) is included in your price.
Once booking and final payment has been made a hospitality email will be sent with all the details you will require for your arrival and stay.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
