Many of the outstanding cottages at Bude Village are formed from traditional stone barns and farm buildings around a courtyard. These attractive and tasteful conversions retain many original features - a delightful combination of stone, slate, exposed beams, and timber trusses which give the cottages tremendous and interesting character. A spacious 'upside-down' cottage with spectacular views over our golf course and Cornwall countryside to the sea. Upstairs is the large open-plan living room with a pine fireplace with 'coal effect' electric fire, exposed beams, french windows facing the sea, dining area and luxury kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave. Enjoy beautiful sea views and enjoy the facilities on site.

Our stay at Welcombe cottage
We have stayed at Kennacott Court 5 times. This time there was no one to greet us when we arrived. Despite several phone calls to various numbers, we waited 30 minutes before the groundsman turned up.
The property is looking a little tired inside. The sofas etc are shabby and there were no flowers in the lounge as there has been before . There was no kitchen roll, cling film and the kitchen accessories are slightly lacking now.
The location is fantastic and that's why we will return. we look forward to seeing your future developments.
Lovely location, but shame to see the accommodation is much in need of a revamp...
We have visited Kennecott several times over the years and have always had a great time due to the excellent location, stunning views and varied facilities. This time we cannot deny that we had a wonderful week celebrating my mother's 80th birthday, however it was just a shame to see the old place looking so "tired". We appreciate that this is (we are lead to believe) due to lack of investment by previous owners, but the condition of the accommodation itself and some of the facilities was not what would be expected of luxury accommodation. The tennis courts and golf course specifically need substantial work. We are told that there are big plans to revamp the place, and we sincerely hope so, as it has always in the past been a home from home. We'd love to see it reach these heights again in the near future.
Kennacott Court is set in extensive grounds totaling almost seventy acres, our holiday cottages have Bude to the North and feature magnificent of lush Cornish countryside as it rolls to meet the sea at Widemouth Bay, roughly half a mile to the West. Being so close toe stunning Atlantic Heritage Coast is yet another reason why we consider our luxury holiday cottages to be Cornwall’s finest.
