Our apartment is spacious and tastefully furnished in a contemporary style. The apartment is located in a secure apartment block with 24/7 concierge service and security. Private walk-out balcony off the living area with floor to ceiling glass window with panoramic views of Dublin City Centre. Two spacious double bedrooms (1 en-suite) and one twin room. It also has large bathroom with power shower and bath. Accomodation includes complimentarty internet access, multi-channel TV with DVD player, large fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Located just below the apartment is Fresh supermarket, pubs, restaurants and numerous tourist attractions. Also available is secure underground parking with direct access to apartment.
Shopping: Our apartment provides easy access to the Dublin Shopping experience being within minutes of Jervis Street Shopping Centre, O'Connell Street, Henry Street and the Grafton Street Area where you can jump onto the Green Luas line which will bring you to Dundrum Shopping Centre one of Europe's largest shopping centres. Find big brand name stores mixed with personal privately owned boutiques. Only minutes away is Francis Street provding access to some of Dublin's best antique dealers.
Tourist Attractions: Our apartment could not be better placed to take in all that Dublin has to offer from Phoenix Park, Dublin Zoo to Trinity College all of Dublin's main tourist attractions can be accessed by walking, luas or a short taxi ride.
Eating and Drinking: Dublin is host to wonderful pubs and restaurants and every night of the week you will find something to do. Just across the Liffey you will find yourself in the heart of Temple Bar, Dublin's hub of bars, restaurants and nightclubs. For those who want a quiet night in, Fresh supermarket is a mere elevator ride away with a huge array of drinks, fresh and pre made food.
Lovely well kept apartment and perfectly clean. Close to tram line, buses, taxi rank and hop on tour bus stop. Supermarket and good restaurant close by. Would recommend and hope to use again in the future.
The owners were very helpful with any questions we had. The apartment was spacious, well maintained and very clean. The location of this apartment is walking distance from supermarket, restaurants and shopping. Luas tramway line is located near the apartment and was very useful. We would highly recommend this apartment to friends!
Our group stayed 5 days at the apartment while in Dublin. The facility was very clean and there was a supermarket and a restaurant just a few steps away. We were able to walk to many places and those that were too far were easily reached by nearby tram or bus. My questions to the owners were promptly answered and we were given a list of easy directions to the city. I would definitely stay at the apartment again and highly recommend it to friends!

Brought the grandkids to Ireland for a combination graduation and birthday gift. I think we picked the perfect spot for our vacation. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us, and the location was perfect. The supermarket with its attached coffee shop was next door, the LUAS tram stop a mere walk, the Cobblestone Pub at the end of the square, and an assortment of restaurants within walking distance. Temple Bar was an easy 30 minute walk as was the shopping on Grafton Street. Having the Jameson Distillery across the square was a bonus. Thank you so much to Ellen for being so understanding after I made a major error in calculating the length of our stay. Definitely want to visit Dublin again, and we will attempt to pick a time when the apartment is available. Can not think of anything negative to say; we all enjoyed our time in Dublin!
The property was perfect for our family visit of 6 adult & 1 child to Ireland. There was ample room, great amenities and was in the perfect location. Easy walking to everywhere and the balcony was an added benefit. Ellen & Dara were great to deal with an always open & available. We even had a delay in arriving but it was not problem. I'd highly recommend for cleanliness, location, space and local amenities like the supermarket and Cobblestone Pub 100 steps away. Thanks again Ellen & Dara!!
Our apartment is most ideally situated in the heart of Dublin's historic legal district. Smithfield Luas (light rail) stop is only a 2 min walk from the apartment. The Luas line out of Smithfield makes all of Dublins attractions, shopping districts and restaurants around the city so easily accessible. The Luas will bring you to the heart of Dublin's Shopping District including Jervis Street shopping centre, Henry street & O’ Connell street. You can hop off the Luas and ramble up towards Grafton Street passing Trinity College and the famous GPO (10 mins). The luas will also bring you into the heart of the docklands where you will find the famous Convention centre Dublin (CCD) & The Grand Canal Theatre and the O2 arena (for the music lovers). Collins Barracks, Guinness storehouse, Kilmainham Gaol & Irish museum of modern art (IMMA) are all must see attractions which are easily assessable from the apartment. Dublin's lively Temple Bar district is across the Liffey's banks from us.
