Navonaloft2 is just for Navonaloft, the old prints, then the art gallery, then my residency. It is a quiet and luminous silence, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing in Rome. Navonaloft2 is a short walk from Piazza Navona, the most beautiful square in the heart of Rome, and within walking distance of Campo de Fiori and the Pantheon. The neighborhood is full of beautiful restaurants, boutiques, ice-cream shops and the best pizzerias. Nearby are ancient churches and museums.
The mezzanine is about 70 square meters. High ceilings, with mezanine in wood where the bed is (140 cm wide). To get on the mezzanine there is a pretty steep ladder. There is a double sofa bed and a armchair bed to make the number of guests up to 5. The kitchenette is under the mezanine and there is an electric stove, a microwave and a small fridge.
The bathroom is very small, but you can get in with a wheelchair.
To get to the ground floor, which is on the ground floor, there is only one step.
Interaction with guests
I'm working and living near the center of Rome as an architect so I can be in the yard in a few minutes!
Other things to note
In the gallery there is an old printer that I have transformed into a large table, a unique piece of art. There is also a large library with many books of art and architecture, as well as national geographic magazines.
