About Andrew

I am a lover of travel, sport and people.I love helping people find the best parts of my great city. I grew up in Dublin and even though I enjoy travel, I also enjoy returning to my home,Dublin.

Why Andrew chose Dublin

This is a great location, surrounded by Georgian splendor and in the heart of the embassy district. It is a very quiet street, but is still in walking distance of all of the best sights.

Guestbook comments from the owner

Great Apartment!

  • 5 of 5

Five of us stayed in the penthouse apartment for 4. The rooms were clean and spacious and the beds very comfortable. Very well stocked kitchen, The area is quite yet very easy walking distance to the center of town.

Postiives far outweigh the negatives

  • 3 of 5

We stayed in the basement-level studio apartment and found it met our needs well, despite being a little dark. The bed was a little uncomfortable but otherwise the positives far outweighed the negatives in the suite. Cost of rental was very reasonable for Dublin, especially since we had use of a well-equipped small kitchen. The washer/dryer combo unit was a big plus since we were to be in Ireland for several more days after our stay in Dublin . The location was ideal - a very short walk from St. Stephens Green and Grafton Street. We walked everywhere, including all the way to Kilmainham Gaol!

Andrew was quick to respond to email inquiries and to our request for an electrical adapter when we arrived. I would stay here again should we return to Dublin.

What a disappointment

  • 1 of 5

Travelers take note, all the good reviews of this place are years ago. It's gone seriously down hill. This place is awful, it needs a complete redo. the furniture is completely played out and uncomfortable. There's a hole in the coffee table and the rug is frayed to the point of tripping over it, just two things you can see right off.

Owner's Response: Travellers please note, below is the review from the guest that stayed just before this guest arrived. Which guest you believe is up to you. The apartment was totally refurbished just over a year ago! "The apartment was everything we expected. Pictures are accurate and the information is not misleading in any way. The place was in perfect condition, super-clean and all appliances worked perfectly. The building is very quiet. Andrew was an excellent host: he was super-responsive from the very first message. We didn't have to ask anything twice. The experience was great and I would definitely contact Andrew for rental again."

Convenient quiet and clean

  • 4 of 5

As advertised. Quiet and clean property that is a 5 minute walk from St. Patrick's Green and 15 minutes from Grafton Street/Temple Bar. We walked nearly everywhere. Andrew was readily available. Would recommend.

Great apartment!

  • 5 of 5

We stayed in Andrews apartment for one week. It is centrally located and you find shops, Pubs and all the attractions of Dublin in walking distants. The apartment itself is really nice. Everything was very clean when we arrived and the kitchen is well equiped for basic cooking. Andrew provided a lot of helpful information in advance and was a great host. We really had a great time and would stay in this apartment again. We can just recommend it!

A quiet little apartment close to the city

  • 4 of 5

The flat is in a quiet location very handy for St Stephen's Green and Grafton St. We walked to most of Dublin's attractions from the apartment. The kitchen and bathroom are small but we managed fine for a week. The apartment was clean and Andrew came to introduce himself and check if we had everything we needed. We had a great time in Dublin and also enjoyed a trip out on the train to Howth.
