About Andrew

I am a lover of travel, sport and people.I love helping people find the best parts of my great city. I grew up in Dublin and even though I enjoy travel, I also enjoy returning to my home,Dublin.

Why Andrew chose Dublin

This is a great location, surrounded by Georgian splendor and in the heart of the embassy district. It is a very quiet street, but is still in walking distance of all of the best sights.

Fabulous apartment, top location

  • 5 of 5

The apartment we stayed in was perfect for us. It was very clean, bright and in a beautiful classic town house. The location is on a tree lined avenue close to the main shopping areas with lots of pubs and restaurants nearby. It is walking distance to Trinity College and other great sites and museums. While the house is old, the apartment is modern and has everything you need for your stay. The directions that Andrew gave us to get from the airport and into the apartment were very helpful. We hope to visit again

Muy buena ubicación: zona tranquila pero muy cerca del centro. Cómodo y bien equipado. Amplio. Estuvimos 4 personas: 2 adultos y dos adolescentes de 11 y 14 años y muy bien.

Postiives far outweigh the negatives

  • 3 of 5

We stayed in the basement-level studio apartment and found it met our needs well, despite being a little dark. The bed was a little uncomfortable but otherwise the positives far outweighed the negatives in the suite. Cost of rental was very reasonable for Dublin, especially since we had use of a well-equipped small kitchen. The washer/dryer combo unit was a big plus since we were to be in Ireland for several more days after our stay in Dublin . The location was ideal - a very short walk from St. Stephens Green and Grafton Street. We walked everywhere, including all the way to Kilmainham Gaol!

Andrew was quick to respond to email inquiries and to our request for an electrical adapter when we arrived. I would stay here again should we return to Dublin.

What a disappointment

  • 1 of 5

Travelers take note, all the good reviews of this place are years ago. It's gone seriously down hill. This place is awful, it needs a complete redo. the furniture is completely played out and uncomfortable. There's a hole in the coffee table and the rug is frayed to the point of tripping over it, just two things you can see right off.

Owner's Response: Travellers please note, below is the review from the guest that stayed just before this guest arrived. Which guest you believe is up to you. The apartment was totally refurbished just over a year ago! "The apartment was everything we expected. Pictures are accurate and the information is not misleading in any way. The place was in perfect condition, super-clean and all appliances worked perfectly. The building is very quiet. Andrew was an excellent host: he was super-responsive from the very first message. We didn't have to ask anything twice. The experience was great and I would definitely contact Andrew for rental again."
