306 Middle Deal Road is a delightful home away from home that is stylish and beautifully decorated. There is a delightful sunny garden. The owners have thought of every little detail to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is also a lovely open fire place. It sleeps 4 people in 2 double bedrooms.

Located in Deal with plenty of on road parking and public transport near by. It is also walking distance into the town centre and the seafront.

This would make an ideal holiday home for families or couples looking for a getaway by the coast.

On entering the cottage through the front door, to the left you have the sitting room with comfortable seating and open fire, continuing through the hallway is a dining area with gorgeous table and chairs. The dining room leads to a well equipped kitchen.

The back door leads out on to a small court yard with an out house that houses the washing machine, on opening a wooden gate you greeted with a large enclosed garden.

On the first floor of the cottage you have a large double bedroom with built in cupboard, chest of draws and additional sofa bed. Further down the landing is the second double bedroom with chest of draws and hanging space for clothes. At the end of the hallway is a large family bathroom with bath and electric shower, basin and W/C.

Deal recently featured in the Times 30 best places by the sea and also won the accolade of the Telegraph High Street of the Year. Deal is a great base for exploring the East Kent coastline including the blue flag sandy beaches of Broadstairs and Margate. Inland, there is the UNESCO World Heritage site of Canterbury and the medieval cinque port town of Sandwich. With castles, museums, wildlife parks and gardens galore there is something for everyone. Some great eateries have opened recently including hip French bistro The Frog and Scot as well as Poppy's kitchen with its seasonal, organic freshly cooked food for breakfast and lunch. Along The Strand, you can enjoy fresh coffee and pastries at Hope and Lane, a delicious seafood meal at Whitfields - one of Deal's latest restaurant openings - and there are a couple of pubs to grab a pint of ale too.
