Ground floor luxury apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1 king with en-suite bathroom and 1 twin room and family shower room. Lounge is furnished with dining table and 6 chairs, 1 armchair, 2 sofas, 42 inch TV, DVD player and CD/radio.

Fully fitted kitchen with Siemens washer/dryer machine, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, fridge freezer. Air con, large patios front and rear with furniture.

Communal pools with separate pools for the children and adults, together with sun beds and parasols.

The shops, bars, restaurants and the stunning white-sandy beaches are all reasonably close by.

Easy parking outside the apartment although a car isn't really necessary.

Safe, Cot and High Chair available at extra cost, internet access available, ask for price at time of booking.

Transfers and welcome packs can be arranged at an extra cost

Beaches: As there are many great beaches in the area you will always be able to find a good spot to enjoy the sun or play on the sand. Santa Elulia or Praia d'Oura are both only a easy walk away (1 kilometre) with easy access and all the facilities you need for a great day at the beach. Coelho, Castello beach and Gale and beautiful Sao Rafael beach are all within a 5-10 minute drive away.

Out and About: There are a good selection of bars & restaurants approx. 500m away. The nearest supermarket is 400 metres. Zoomarine, Aqualand, Slide & Splash are all within easy driving distance.

Almancil Karting is open all year round.

There is a huge shopping mall (Algarve Shopping Centre) a 15 minute drive away with cinema, bowling alley and food hall.

Great Apartment

The apartment was as described - even better. Was a home from home. It gets the sun all day between the patios and is really peaceful. We have stayed in 4 other apartments in Corcovada and this is by far the best, we will definatey be booking again.

Fantastic apartment

This is a fantastic 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in a great location. The apartment was really close to the pool, ideal for the children for getting drinks, snacks, comfort breaks etc. It is really bright and airy and has a patio area located at the front and rear of the apartment, sun all day long! Perfect for a glass of sangria or wine in the evening!! The apartment is well equipped including a large TV system, DVD player etc and also has WIFI. It was extremely clean and tidy on arrival. The furniture both inside and on the patio are of a high standard, bedrooms are a great size with air conditioning and really comfy beds! It is only a 5-10 minute walk to the strip, where u can also get the train ride into the Old Town or if you prefer to walk it's about 25-30 min walk. Taxis are also available. The complex is nice and quiet in the evenings if you prefer to stay in and maybe get a takeaway from Roberto's, 2 mins away, or for a quiet drink on the patio when the children are in bed. There are 2 pools, 1 for the smaller children and a larger pool for bigger children and adults. All in all we had a fantastic holiday at Corcovada and would fully recommend this apartment.Thank you!

Fab apartment great location

Lived up to and exceeded expectations. The apartment is lovely and bright and exactly what we wanted being ground floor with TWO walkout patio areas front and back to soak up the sun and come in and out eating, drinking etc without scaling stairs. That said its less than 100m walk (through lovely landscaped gardens) to the pool area with good beds and the large circular pool. Location was for us ideal. Relatively quiet but loads nearby. A handful of cafes, small supermarket and bars two minutes walk away but the Corcovada complex itself is secluded and well maintained with lovely jacaranda tree lined streets. A 10-15 min slow stroll takes you to either St Eulalia area with loads of good restaurants and bars or Sao Joao/The Strip. Old Town a further 15 mins stroll (taxi from there to the apartment less that 5€). The owners have invested quality into the apartment in terms of furnishings, floorings, beds and bedding and great TV and music entertainment system and the WI FI was very quick and reliable and worth the extra few quid. The kitchen was great with top notch German appliances etc. Joyce deals with apartment and the meet and greet was first class and she was always on hand if required. We also went to Vilamoura marina (stunning and beautiful for lunch looking out to the yachts etc) and a taxi was less than 30€ which between 4 of us was great. Also got the bus there which was €4 each. Great holiday in a super accommodation which I would highly recommend to others.

Parque da Corcovada in Albufeira is a prestigious development set in landscaped gardens with communal swimming pools for both children and adults.

It is near the shops, bars, restaurants and the stunning white-sandy beaches.

A car isn't necessary as the apartment is within walking distance of most facilities but there are good local bus services and taxis.

Golf: The apartment is ideal for golfers with many first class courses close by. The nearest are Solgardos or Balaia just 5-10 minutes away. The Old Course, Laguna, Millennium, Victoria and Pinhal are all only 15 minute drive away in Villamoura.
