Sorry, but it is not suitable for people with mobility problems. Outside there is a bike route through the Bay of 'Playa de Palma', 'Portixol', 'El Molinar', 'Ciudad Jardín' to 'El Arenal'.

Superb central location / fantastic owners

This apartment is in a fantastic location right in the centre of Palma Old Town. No need to consider any other apartments, shops, tapas bars and restaurants all on your doorstep. The property owners (Roberto and Fernando) were extremely helpful right through from our initial enquiry, (lots of questions!), booking and upon arrival. Even though the access wouldn't normally be until 3.00pm on the arrival day, the apartment was ready for us as soon as we arrived at 11.00am(as the owners knew that we'd been up since 1.00am travelling and extremely tired, so that was a great bonus) We were greeted by Fernando who showed us around and explained everything to us (Roberto popped in shortly afterwards to check all was ok). The apartment itself is a perfect size (we're a family of 4) and we had a fantastic time during our 5 night stay and are desperate to go back again when possible. Plaza Mayor is 3 minutes walk away and the Cathedral a few minutes more. All in all, a great apartment, superb central location and very helpful owners. I can't recommend this enough. Give it a go, you won't be dissapointed.

Wunderbare Wohnung

Wir ( 4 Erwachsene) haben die Woche über Silvester in dieser Wohnung verbracht.Es war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit, sehr sauber, bestens ausgestattet, gepflegt, modern, gemütlich und die zentrale Lage der Wohnung hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen.

Roberto ist ein gewissenhafter, verlässlicher Vermieter, der uns bereits im Vorfeld jederzeit per e mail beraten hat.

Diese Wohnung können wir wirklich weiterempfehlen!

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit Top-Ausstattung!

Wir waren mit 5 Personen (Eltern, zwei Kinder und Opa) in der Ferienwohnung von Roberto, die Mitten im Herzen von Palma de Mallorca liegt.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und beinhaltet alles, was man sich nur vorstellen kann. Sie ist hell und freundlich, hat wunderschöne Lampen und wird nach jedem Aufenthalt von fachkräften gereinigt!

Die Wohnung:

- Klimaanlage in jedem Raum, Temperatur frei wählbar von 18 - 30 Grad

- Zwei Schlafzimmer mit sauberen, großen Betten und Bettwäsche

- Ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch (bequem) inkl. nagelneuer Küche

- Fernseher vorhanden (Auch deutsches Fernsehen!)

- Badezimmer mit großer Dusche und Spiegel

Die Küche beinhaltet:

- Backofen

- Herd (3 Herdplatten)

- Kühlschrank inkl. Gefrierschrank

- Geschirrspülmaschine

- Kaffeemaschine

- Toaster

- Microwelle

Komplett eingerichtet mit Geschirr (Besteck, Teller, Gläser, Kaffeetassen, Schneidebrett, Pfannen, Töpfe, usw...)

Im Flur ist zudem eine neue Waschmaschine vorhanden.

Die Lage:

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen von Palma de Mallorca, ein Auto wird nicht benötigt, da man zu Fuß überall hin kommt:

- Der Strand "Platja de Can Pere Antoni" ist etwa 1 KM entfernt (Ca. 15 Minuten)

- Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Eroski Supermarkt (Ca. 5 Minuten)

- Viele Shop-Möglichkeiten in der Altstadt (Schmuck, Kleidung, Eis Essen, etc, Ca. 5 Minuten)

- Bars, Kneipen und Restaurants (Ca. 1 Minute)

Und vieles mehr !

Umwohl die Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt ist, liegt sie in einer Nebenstraße, so dass man in der Wohnung seine Ruhe hat.

Der Ablauf:

Roberto ist der Vermieter, er managt alles von Zuhause aus. Für eine feste Reservierung sind 30% des Mietpreises vorab an ihn zu überweisen, die restlichen 70% bei der Ankuft. Seine Cousine Xisca erwartet die Besucher beim Anreisetag und zeigt die Wohnung, beantwortet offene Fragen und nimmt dann die restlichen 70% entgegen.

Roberto und Xisca sind zwei ganz tolle Menschen, die sich um ihre Gäste kümmern und immer Hilfe anbieten.

Fazit:

Es war unser bester Urlaub jeher, wir haben uns sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt! Wir werden ab sofort jedes Jahr in Roberto´s Wohnung kommen!

Wir empfehlen die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter!
