The house is located in a quiet pedestrian area in the historical center of Genoa, close to all the main attractions of the city: restaurants, bars, museums, clubs, cultural clubs, antique shops and shops. Reachable on foot in 10 minutes from the station of Genoa Principe along the historic Via Balbi, home to ancient aristocratic buildings (now an important university), or by car passing by the characteristic viewpoint of Spianata Castelletto, amazing "balcony" suspended over the Old Town with a view 360 ° on the city and the port (200 meters walk from the house). From here it is also available the elevator that leads to Piazza Portello (city center). In 1 minute from home you can reach, still on foot, Via Garibaldi, the "Strada Nuova" of the mid-16th century, also called "the Via Aurea", with its splendid Palazzi dei Rolli - UNESCO World Heritage Site (Palazzo Rosso, Palazzo Bianco, Palazzo Spinola Gallery) which is one of the most interesting streets in the world from an architectural point of view. Continuing soon you will find yourself in Piazza De Ferrari (the most famous square of the city and strategic point of conjunction of urban transport - underground station and bus stops) overlooking Palazzo Ducale, the center of cultural production of Genoa and home to major exhibitions art, events and conferences and from where Via XX Settembre begins, the shopping street. The house is located 5 minutes walk from the famous Aquarium of Genoa and the Old Port (entirely designed by the famous architect Renzo Piano), a large square on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea with a thousand years of history and twenty years of new life. Tourism, culture, shopping, shows, sport, catering and taste and boating have reborn here. A city in the city, where you have fun, where you work, where you meet. Every day boats leave for Camogli, Portofino and the Cinque Terre, as well as whale watching excursions.
