This is a 3 bedroom apartment on the 3rd and top floor. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and a private balcony that overlooks the sea. Bedroom 2 is a cabin style room with a bunk bed. Bedroom 3 has a double bed and a single bed. There is also a pull out bed in the sitting room. There is a bathroom with WC, shower cubicle and whb. A second bathroom has a bath with a mixer shower linked to the taps and a whb. There is a sitting/dinning room area which has a dishwasher, microwave, mini cooker/grill and 4 ring hot plate. This area leads out onto a large balcony with a table and 8 chairs. This overlooks the marina and the sea. Fabulous views.

Use of swimming pool and certain other activities will incur a charge payable locally

This apt is located in one of the best central locations of a purpose built holiday complex which caters fro families with children of all ages.

Local activities: The large town of Les Sables d'Olonnes has many attractions such as shopping and restaurants. It is also located on a large beach with many activities taking place day and night

Outdoor dining: The main balcony has a table, eight chairs and parosal. This balcony get sun from early morning to about 1900hrs. Perfect for all meals with beautiful sea views.

There are many restaurants/bars within walking distance. There are many activities for children from totter up to teenager, pool, playgrounds, tennis ,football, basketball, beach volleyball etc. there is also a lake with pedals and boat hire for kids. Local activities such as pool and certain activities will incur an extra charge per day change

Golf: On site is a 18 hole golf course which also has a driving range. There is also an 18 hole par 3 /pitch and putt course. Golf lessons available
