Beeches Holiday Lets offer beautifully appointed self-catering holiday homes in Broadstairs on the Kent coast.

The houses are ideally placed for exploring the seaside towns of Broadstairs, Ramsgate and Margate and all the other attractions of the region. We have six large properties with six bedrooms and a cot can be provided for younger visitors. Free Wi-Fi is offered in every property and all have flat screen televisions.

Willow 1 is based in Broadstairs in a small modern development, based at the end of a cul de sac that is quiet with low levels of traffic. It has a garden with benches for out door eating. Large dinning seating area with flat-screen TV. On the ground floor there are 2 single bedrooms and 1 double room. There is also a ground floor utility room with a toilet and shower, the ground floor bedrooms and shower are great for families.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped to enable meals to be prepared and served for the whole family. The dining table can seat up-to 6 using the benches; or it can be moved into the room and by use of chairs from the bedroom, it is able to seat up-to 8 people.

Lovely house, very clean and spacious.

Helpful and Clean

This is our second stay at one of Beechesholidaylets houses both times our stay has been very comfortable. The house was lovely and clean and all our needs where catered for form knife's and folks and to being able to access the house earlier then then stated. Beechesholidaylets was very helpful when our daughter left her DSI behind they have managed to find it and are being very helpful in its safe return back to a very happy little girl.

We had a fantastic stay with Beeches and will most certainly be returning next year.

Very well presented, spacious and clean property.

Kitchen well stocked with everything you need including tea towels.

Lounge was comfortable and homely. Outdoor area very pleasant for eating out on sunny days.

Great situation for access to beach and shops.
