The property is a semi -basement self contained flat approx 850 sq ft. Access through electronic gate into courtyard. Front door leads into small entrance hall and then into the sitting room, which is comfortably furnished with two sofa's (one being a sofa bed)wood floor ,TV with SKY and WiFi. There is a central hall with all other rooms leading off it. Fully equipped large eat in Kitchen with table for 6, granite worktops, slate floor with underfloor heating and stable door to garden (sadly no access to garden) but there is a small table and 2 chairs outside the door for your use. Nespresso coffee machine.
There is a small park opposite the flat and large park a 2 minute walk away. Modern fully tiled bathroom with overhead shower in bath with glass screen. Separate WC with hand basin. Double bedroom (5ft bed) with ample hanging and storage space.
Large plasma screen Tv in bedroom.
Good quality bed linen and towels are provided.
The flat is on the lower ground floor of a 17th Century Georgian town house situated in a small cul-de-sac leading to the church.
Our second stay in this stunning garden apartment, so close to transport, restaurants, shops and walks along the Thames and through Fulham Palace Gardens. The flat is so comfortable and well equipped, and Annie and Andrew were as charming as ever. We hope we can make this our London base again next year!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The apartment was spotless and spacious. Annie and Andrew were only too willing to assist, and the welcome pack of breakfast essentials (milk, cereals, eggs, bread, condiments, etc.) was a great touch.
The location couldn't be better, with the river, restaurants, cafes, pubs and train all only minutes walk away. We'll definitely be looking to visit again.
Beautiful flat, tastefully furnished and comfortable. Great location in quiet road near shops, bars , restaurants, underground and river. Annie was very helpful and left us a welcome breakfast pack. The kitchen was well stocked and equipped.

Such a beautiful apartment, I did not want to leave. Immaculately and tastefully furnished, with a plentiful supply of breakfast cereals, tea, milk, eggs etc.
Annie was extremely helpful and very quick responding to emails. Directions were easy to follow.
Putney was great - easy access to other areas of London wihout having to be right in the centre. The riverside location was lovely, perfect for a nice Sunday morning stroll.

We were greeted by Annie who made us feel so welcome, the flat is beautifully decorated, clean and inviting. The apartment is close to the Underground and just a short walk from the River Thames.

The flat is a 5 minute walk from Putney Tube Station with excellent bus services into central London., situated by the River Thames and Bishops Park and wonderfully positioned for Theatre trips and Restaurants. Wimbledon is only two stops from Putney Bridge Station. Across the Bridge lies Putney where there is a multi screen Cinema, all local and High Street shops with a choice of over 20 Restaurants of every Nationality
Golf: Wimbledon and Richmond Park.
