About the property

Large double bedroom, sitting room, kitchen/diner, bathroom and seperate WC

The flat is on the lower ground floor of a 17th Century Georgian townhouse situated in a small cul-de-sac leading to the church. It is a semi –basement, with its own entrance and is fully self-contained (approx 850 sq ft).

Access is through the main gate into the courtyard. There is a lockbox located next to the front door down a small set of steps. As you enter you are greeted by the hall which leads into the sitting room, which is comfortably furnished with two sofa's (one being a sofa bed) wood floor, TV with SKY and WiFi throughout.

The Kitchen is large and airy, with a table for 6, granite worktops, slate floor with underfloor heating and stable door access to a small patio, with a small table and 2 chairs outside the door for our guests to use. We stock our cupboards with cereals, jams, tea, and coffee, alongside a Welcome Breakfast Pack.

Modern fully tiled bathroom with overhead shower and bath with glass screen. There is a separate WC with hand basin. The bedroom has a double bedroom (5ft bed) with ample hanging and storage space, fitted with good quality bed linen and towels.

We are no more than a 5 minute walk from Putney Bridge Station and only a few minutes from two lovely parks and the Thames. Fulham and Putney are great areas full of local events, great food and drink locations and much more! A perfect location for Wimbledon Tennis, The Hurlingham Club, Chelsea flower show and Aegon Tennis.

Absolutely gorgeous and just what we were looking for

A friend and I wanted a long weekend in London but had a lot of trouble finding a place to suit us both and our budget..Until we found this property which we very much enjoyed..Hosted were very friendly and accommodating and the parking space was a huge bonus...Everything about the property was excellent the bed sheets were delightful to get into after a long days exploring.. Would highly recommend...

Comfortable and Homey

I had a great stay at the Phillips's place during a cold and snowy week in February. Annie was warm and welcoming and made sure I had everything i needed. The bed was comfortable; the kitchen and living room were homey and made me feel like local instead of a tourist. The tube was a three minute walk from the flat and food stores, including Waitrose and Whole Foods, were within walking distance. Highly recommended!

Why Stay in A Hotel

Annie is a wonderful efficient host. Great communications at reservation all the way to check in on arrival. Fantastic home. Modern, clean and stylish. Great location by tube. I am here for business and the location has been great - restaurants, dry cleaner and all the things you need on the road are here. Nice touches? A fridge of bread, milk and butter to make supper on arrival. A cabinet of cereals to get you going

A place to call home

Fabulous flat, clean and all the comforts of home. Beautifully furnished and well provided for. Well equipped kitchen for those who want to dine in. Candles, soaps and body wash, cleaning products and laundry detergent as well as breakfast supplies, lots of good reading and information about the local area and London. Flat is well located only a 2 minute walk to tube and buses. Right next door to Bishop's Park, Fulham palace and the Thames, lovely for a walk. Cosy and intimate ideal for a couple. Definitely recommend staying here you won't be disappointed.

The flat is a 5 minute walk from Putney Tube Station with excellent bus services into central London., situated by the River Thames and Bishops Park and wonderfully positioned for Theatre trips and Restaurants. Wimbledon is only two stops from Putney Bridge Station. Across the Bridge lies Putney where there is a multi screen Cinema, all local and High Street shops with a choice of over 20 Restaurants of every Nationality
