PUERTO BANUS is the chic, fashionable port for the rich and famous to pose on their mega-yachts. 'People-watching' can be a fascinating pastime and here is probably one of the best places in the world to do it! Lining the marina are lively restaurants and tapas bars for all tastes and budgets, fashion shops and, of course, there's the vibrant nightlife.
But Puerto Banus is not all glitz - it has great sandy beaches on both sides of the port as well as many great golf courses nearby. And there are also countless other things to do; e.g. water park, safari park, zoo, casino, bullring and private beach clubs for those champagne lunches with freshly caught seafood!
COSTA DEL SOL AREA: 320 days a year of sunshine speaks for itself and means the Costa del Sol is the perfect all year round coast to visit with the virtual certainly of hot summers and warm winters. The area around Puerto Banus has everything you could want to make your holiday varied and interesting. The town of Marbella presents both the old and new faces of the Costa del Sol and is just a 10 minute drive along the famous Golden Mile, which has more fine beaches, restaurants, bars and great shopping. El Casco Antigo, Marbella's charming Old Town, is a warren of whitewashed streets with authentic tapas bars and is a vibrant place to visit day or night. And don’t miss Marbella’s famous Orange Square!
Further afield you can easily reach the historic mountain towns of Rhonda and Granada or take a bit longer and go to Sevilla or Gibraltar or even across the Med to Tangiers. The quaint seaside fishing town of Nerja along the coast is another ‘must see’ as are Andalucia’s scenic mountains.
Had an absolutely amazing stay here in Peurto Banus. The apartment was in a perfect location, overlooking the yachts and just a stone throw from all the bars and restaurants.
The apartment was just as advertised if not better. We were met on the morning of our arrival by a lovely lady, were allowed to come in early to get changed and grab towels so that we could head to the beach before official checkin.
There was tea, milk and filtered water left to get us started which was a lovely gesture.
Would recommend Martin Green from Sunny Times in Spain without any hesitation.
Had a fantastic time in Puerto Banus, partly due to location of apartment, centre of everything, bars restaurants, shopping and supermarket.
had a bus ride to Gibraltar and a katamaran ride to marbella, everything on your doorstep.

Clean, well equipped apartment in a great location. Excellent 2 storey layout with luxury fittings and furniture and everything you could want in the kitchen. Brilliant Indian restaurant by the marina (Khan's) and good tapas at Casa Blanca just over the road. Brilliant supermarket nearby if you really want to cook. Underground car park 2 mins away - great service from the apartment manager who advised re cost effective parking. Good location for exploring the area.
As soon as you walk into the apartment you are taken aback by how beautiful it is, it was so clean, modern and has breathtaking views. Martin and Nikki were both so helpful in the run up to and checking in/out of the apartment so we felt very well looked after. The apartment has all the mod cons, including a water filter fridge and ice machine which were a god send!
I would highly recommend booking this apartment. The location couldn't be better and considering it couldn't be any more on the strip of Puerto Banus it is SO quiet (we went at peak time too!)

We were very happy with this apartment in the centre of Puerto Banus. The owner responded promptly to our enquiry and kept us updated throughout. The flexibility surrounding our departure time was much appreciated. He also e-mailed the day after we left to arrange return of our deposit. We had no problems during our stay but I am confident any issues would have been sorted immediately.
The apartment is as pictured, it was very clean and comfortable. Situated one street back from the Marina, it suited our group of 4 adults. There is no pool but the beach is 2 minutes walk away.
It was quiet during our stay but in high season I suspect the master bedroom could be noisy given its situation overlooking a busy street; however the window has shutters and air conditioning so perhaps not an issue.
The apartment was fully equipped including beach towels which saved having to bring our own.

Very efficient and easy booking process and the details provided all as stated. The house was in a great location and the fact that so many items were provided upon arrival it made the whole staying away from home seem just like being at home! The house was well decorated, very spacious and offered a super base for a holiday. This was certainly one of the best places I have ever booked and stayed and would highly recommend it. The location of being so close to the pool was an added bonus. The house and grounds were dog friendly and this just worked perfectly for us taking our dog with us too. All in all super place to stay and would stuggle to find any negatives!
This luxurious apartment in just 35 minutes from Malaga airport via the motorway. Either take a taxi from outside Arrivals, hire a self-drive car or we can arrange a chauffeur service to whisk you to the apartment. There is also a bus service. Airlines to Malaga include easyJet, Aer Lingus, Ryanair, Monarch, British Airways, Iberia, BMIbaby depending on your departure airport. Full directions are sent with all bookings.

The rental includes 'meet and greet' on arrival, free Wi Fi, all utilities including electricity, bedding, linen, apartment towels + beach towels and normal cleaning after departure.
25% of the rent is paid when you book. 75% of the rent and the security deposit are paid 6 weeks before your holiday. Rents quoted are for funds received. For lets up to 6 nights, the first 3 nights are at the weekend rate and the remainder at the weekday rate.
Check-in is 4pm onwards or can be earlier and as soon as cleaned if there were departing guests the previous night.
Check-out is by 11am or later if the apartment is not occupied the following night.
Smoking is allowed ONLY on the terrace.
