This luxury apartment is air-conditioned and has marble floors throughout, a large lounge/dining room with suite and dining table for 6, leading out to a spacious terrace for eating alfresco and for sun bathing. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with twin beds in each that can be pushed together as required as well as large fitted wardrobe/cupboards. The kitchen is superbly equipped with fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine etc. The lounge is equipped with free Internet 24/7 upon request, a large flat screen TV with Satellite channels, a VGA cable for laptop to TV and an iPod/iPhone dock sound system . Bedrooms also have TVs. There is Wi Fi throughout the apartment.

Super break in a super apartment

Lovely, clean, sunny apartment with huge, comfortable sun deck and fabulous views. Very much appreciated the beverage pack on arrival too! Walked to beach and for meals, hardly using car as we liked the exercise. Hope to return again very soon. Many thanks Nikki for lovely welcome :)

Great holiday

The apartment was exactly as described and had everything we needed. The large terrace was comfortably furnished and overlooked fabulous gardens, and the accommodation was clean and spacious.

We had excellent days out to Gibraltar and Ronda, which was absolutely beautiful. All in all, a great holiday with fabulous weather!

The apartment was super ; clean , modern and exactly as per brochure.Great view from terrace and overlooking Santa Maria Golfclub....(+/- 300 metre walk from apartment)....good place to go for a lazy breakfast!

fantastic place to stay

Arrived to great welcome from Nikki, the apartment was very clean, and has everything you want to get you started. It`s in great spot and a short distance for

golf, the beach, shops and a choice of restaurants. We will not hesitate to book this apartment again next year.

This ELVIRIA APARTMENT is just 30 minutes from Malaga Airport via the motorway by taxi, self drive hire or chauffeur service to whisk you to the apartment! Elveria is the unspoiled haven of the Costa del Sol with the very best sandy beaches, a backdrop of stunning mountains and a central location with just a short drive to Marbella, Puerto Banus, Fuengirola etc.

The property’s spacious ‘sunshine’ terrace faces south-west with panoramic views over the Santa Maria Golf Course fairways, Elviria, the coast and Mediterranean Sea. Los Lagos is surrounded by cork tree woodlands. Nearby is the famous Nikki beach, there is great shopping at massive La Canada plus there’s a water park, safari park, zoo, casino, markets and private beach clubs for those champagne lunches with freshly caught seafood! A day trip to Ronda, Granada, Seville, Cordoba or Gibraltar is a must!

For golfers there are 46 courses on the Costa del Sol!

320 DAYS SUNSHINE on average every year makes this apartment the perfect choice all year round.

GOLF: The apartment overlooks the Santa Maria golf course which will challenge all levels of handicap - the Club House is near the apartment. The first nine holes were designed by Antonio Garcia. There are a number of water hazards on the course which adds to its difficulty and a favourite hole is the dogleg 8th par 5 which needs a good tee shot to make it! Another favourite for the longest drive is the long par 4 and nearest to the pin is definitely the short 15th with a bird's eye view of the green from the natural terrain.

The Costa del Sol has not been nick-named the Costa del Golf without good reason - it is simply a golfers paradise with 72 golf courses in Andalucia of which 46 are on the Costa del Sol, four of which are ranked in the top 10 in Europe, one of these is the world famous Valderama course. Add to this the fantastic all year round climate and you are most definitely in golfing heaven! This concentration of quality courses with an excellent warm and sunny climate has proven to be a 'must' golfing destination for tens of thousands from all over the world every year .

SKI: Just a couple of hours from the apartment is the magnificent Sierra Nevada ski resort usually open from November to May. There are few places in the world where you can ski in the morning then head to the beach for the afternoon, but the proximity of Sierra Nevada to the Med allows this. Don't be fooled into thinking that the skiing will be second rate either. 20 lifts serve 100 km of piste and snowfall can be amongst the highest in Europe. The pistes lend themselves to the intermediate but there is ample off-piste skiing for the more advanced. For apres ski there are some good restaurants and lively bars. When you've had enough, simply head back to the sandy beaches of Elviria near the apartment!

Booking Conditions:

The rental includes 'meet and greet' on arrival, free Wi Fi, all utilities including electricity, bedding, linen, apartment towels + pool / beach towels and normal cleaning after departure.

25% of the rent is paid when you book. 75% of the rent and the security deposit are paid 6 weeks before your holiday. Rents quoted are for funds received. For lets up to 6 nights, the first 3 nights are at the weekend rate and the remainder at the weekday rate.

Check-in is 4pm onwards or can be earlier and as soon as cleaned if there were departing guests the previous night.
Check-out is by 11am or later if the apartment is not occupied the following night.

Variable seasonal opening of pools.

Smoking is allowed ONLY on the terrace.
